Shamelessly expensive and very small flats in dark and narrow passages. Seemed like heera mandi at a glance, people are living with no privacy. Kids dont have place to play this they play in those passages where all the quarters are located, like a jail. As they are built on an illegal land, each occupant pays RS 5,000 every month as bhatta. There are a total 2000 flats, and the builder mafia make 10 crores each month either you buy or rent a flat, thats the price to pay. Having parking space with guards does not guarantee that your bike or battery wont get stolen. No standby power backup and cooking gas is available. Overall the cost of living is higher than darrusalam and behria town.
