Good library for those who cant afford to pay

Best place to study. Quiet and peaceful. Though need maintenance and attention of government.

This library is near my house so I used to visit there for reading newspaper.The environment is relaxing and quiet so whenever I want to focused towards study specially for competitive exam.I used to spend there 3 to 4 hrs as usually at home due to noise of tv and sudden arrival of guests we usually have to compromise on study time thats why I prefer to study there in quiet environment.The books available there are usually old.The staff is quiet friendly and co-operative.

Goldentime when I got help from this Library for study when I was student in 1987.Peaceful atmosphere was there and many books were available for Engineering students and passed out more students are living abroad and in Pakistan.Regards Pakistan.

Its my first day, so can’t comment on the collection of books. But furniture is too old and dusty. Admin is lazy
