I have visited this place and I felt that its a completely wastage of money of the people of Pakistan because area has low literacy rate not a single person come to visit, instead of cultural complex there should be a school, college or any vocational training center.When I visited I have seen that all infrastructure is present one thing is ABSENT THAT IS ELECTRICITY.Without electricity a person cant even sit for few minutes and entrance gate of this complex is from inside colony it should be infront of main road.Sindh Government should focus on this huge investment of people of Pakistan.

This place is really a misuse of the capacity,and money ,in this area there is not a single college or university available ,so instead of this cultural centre or a library (which doesn’t get the readers properly )this place should be used for a college (be it girl college or a boy college )in un fortunately literacy rate of this area is very low
