Its good place for inquiring your land line phones problems as well u phone mobile plus you can pay your bills on counter or you can use paying machine for save your time

Ptcl being the main service provider to all the homes, still hasnt been able to improve their quality standards.Their staff is always idle doing nothing and are of no help what so ever.The quality of the Ptcl customer service is going down day by day.Serious notice is required to be taken in order to set things straight other then that there is no hope for the people who are currently using there services.Every time one makes a complaint,they say we will rectify it as soon as possible but in real they just dont do anything other then making a fool of the customer.This branch is still way better then the other Ptcl branches but still there is much to be done.
