Its near to main road from power house chowrangi north and easy to reach it has little bit facility like lift but there is no sui gas, no stand by generator and congested flats.

The building is relatively new and situated very close to power house chorangi in north KarachiThe project is big in terms of number of apartmentsThe builder could use better fittings. Due to sub standard fittings, the building will soon require maintenance.
