Their counter staff is un- professional and less co-operative.Well a person in the cleaning staff maybe was really humble and well mannered. Five stars for that dude !

KFC at Millennium Mall is one of the finest property of them in Karachi. They do have more efficient & more friendly staffers than other branches of KFC in Karachi.The location is just perfect. The seating is good. They have basement seating as well. A big rush of university/ college students is gathered there along with other common people.Since this is situated at the corner of Millennium Mall so its very easy to locate. The cleanliness at KFC is better than other outlets of Millennium Mall. They have good service standards and it is recommended for kids to visit their place.

At the moment due to covid they arent allowing dine in services and only takeaway and delivery services are available. But its still as good

Atmosphere of this place is very good . We enjoyed our food alot because of clean place, good service and wonderful taste . All in all it was a very good experience.

Floor manager blocks the gate at 11:30 and says its closed, i let myself in becausw i know 1 bje time hai, he says police ne bola hai, then he started switching off lights, while customers having meals in the dark. See the counter in the pictures.

I went there after long time and could not find this branch in order.1) IceCream flavor was not available2) Drink machine was not in order. Guy @ counter refused to give black drink and forced for white. When I resisted to give me dispossible of Pepsi, 1st he refused then allowed when I became angry on him.3) Kids play are was closed for kids4) Zinger Burger found with less veg & paste inside. Even crunch burger was better.

Best service ... Got unmanaged dried and smelly mighty burger on delivery by food panda but after launching complain kfc managment take fast action against the staff and deliver a new burger on my place..this all happen in very short period of time may be in 10 min.. Appretiate the stance and after delivery service..

I love their food but in Covid times, their SOPs are PATHETIC... Their staff wore masks on the chin , although there were markings on the floor but NO social distancing was being followed. I had gone to pick food for someone there and by the time I left, there were more than 50 people in the restaurant... May Allah swt protect us all, aameen

All KFC is same.. because its managed by a same entity. The taste I found is also same in different KFCs but this is unique in its location and good views of outside.

Good food, bad service. No e-queue, too much delay in order delivery. Not happy to go with family, instead go to McDonalds.

KFC Millinium Mall recently renovated and become more beautiful. As this is a well known fact that KFC burgers are undoubtedly famous burgers all over the world. Its best place for friends and family dine-in. There is a small kids play area also. Overall KFC Millinium Mall is best place for your craving.

KFC Millennium Mall has recently been renovated so all the issues that were there previously related to it being not well maintained are gone.It is located on a front facing location in the mall so you dont have to walk all the way up to the food court for that.The food is fresh, there is good enough space to dine in as well.

Recently i had my lunch at kfc. And i was too disappointed from their food quality as the bun of zinger was too dried up. And veggies are also not fresh. As a whole the burger was not upto the mark. You guys should work to improve your food quality or else you will lose your valuable customers.

Avoid this outlet if you are really hugry and going there during peak traffic hours.

Been there for a lunch,enjoyed the service. Great for a quick bite.

KFC is good. I wish and I hope and I also suggest that their timing should exceed the current times of business. They close too soon for even deliveries.Otherwise I like their chicken better than the rest. This branch has professional and polite staff.Few weeks back, upon ordering online, the rider called me and asked for the whereabouts, before hanging up he asked if I want anything else, like an errand to run for me on his way to deliver. I was impressed and felt happy he went an extra mile.Im happy with the services.Way to go.

KFC - Kentucky Fried Chicken obviously has the best chicken burgers and zingers as well. KFC has the most juicy chicken or zinger burgers in Pakistan.Prices are very reasonable and quality and quantity of food is aslo good and enough for what they sale.
