They didnt even informed about their tuesday deal and upon asking they said 2 scoops pai 1 scoop free. We did as per the instruction. And when they charged a very good amount so upon asking they said 2 scoops together par 1 scoop free. What are you people trying to do? Are you making fool out of us. Really disappointed!

The temperature is not right in the store because of that, if ur buying multiple ice creams, they will melt quickly and turn into milk otherwise it was great

Same Great taste as it is in any other country. Staff is excellent as well. Ambient temperature, excellent seating area.Only Con: head clearance is not enough for the area near to glass wall on first floor. I just skip the injury by noticing that in first place.

Decent novelty offerings and superb assortment. Poor support staff, unplanned and erratic way to accommodate people sitting inside the parlour. A construction and renovation survey team suddenly arrived and intercepted the place. Waiters want us to leave as if its important to vacate the place for the survey.

One of the king in Ice Creams. As usual BR is always good to have. Just love their flavours and varieties. A highly recommended place to go.

I tried a lot of ice-cream strawberry cheesecake, salted caramel, fudge brownie, candy floss of 2 type, blueberry, butter pecan, but the best was mint ice-cream it was to die for.And most importantly the freshly made waffle cone with cinnamon I would recommend that what ever flavour you take but must try the fresh crispy thin waffle cone.

I had chocolate mousse ice cream and it was full of coconut oil related ingredients giving out that taste of soap. They need to avoid the use of ingredients that are detrimental to health.

Ice-cream is always Great but the quality of waffle cone is cheap. Waffle is too thin, leaks quick even the staff here didnt really recommend getting a cone for a 7 year kid. Internationally the waffle cones have a great standard. I see even other customers have complained about quality of waffle, too bad.

Its just so so, ice cream felt heavy. Ive tried 2,3 times but doesnt taste good.

Excellent Ice cream like always however horrible service. 3 servers were standing idle with no customer in the shop but still insisted that only 1 server will take all our 4 orders which took 15 min otherwise which might have taken 3 min if all 3 idle workers would work.Moreover the place right infront of the outlet is full of mud & garbage which they should get cleaned. Selective ice creams are worth trying

Worst experience ever of Baskin Robins. Ordered 3 Waffle Cones, All of which were very thin. The Scoop they gave was very small and it was dripping from the base of the cone. Upon complaining, they told me that because of the caramel topping. It will drip from the bottom. All my clothes got Dirty along the way.
