A good residance with incapable management. Electricity is available 24/7 in sunny days.( Short-circuit and overheating of generator due to prolonged periods i.e. for days in rainy season). Every room have vacancy for two individuals but administration accounts that for three person. Lawns are mowed only if there is an event in hostle or VC ask warden to do so. Real tragedy begins with ramzan when summers and humidity at its peaks. No air-conditioning is provided for students except for foreign embassy endorsed students. Daily life chores are to be carried out by students themselves. Good luck cause you never know for what you exactly signed up for.

Nearest living facility to Hamdard University. Beautiful and clean environment. Two to three students per room, mess facility also available and a fair gym room too. Much improvement has been done and there is always room for more. Safe and secure place in outskirts. Second home for people from outside karachi. In evening u can play football, cricket, hockey, volleyball, basketball in university campus.Lively place in such remote area.

Saw from road in March 2020, beautiful buildings, just opposite the main gate of the Hamdard University with Hab road in between.

Peaceful Place Great Environment Love Hamdard Hostel.️

Its a very good hostel. There are 24 hour supply of electricity and water. In winter you get warm water!Plus its nearest to the Hamdard University so it is much better than other hostels.

A complete caring place for outskirt pupils, better coordination, nice clean environment, totally non political base residential studious place near Hamdard University.

Its quite good, furnished and clean rooms, 24 hours Electricity and water, but its gym is currently closed needs to be maintianed

Hamdard hostel is at very nice and peaceful place out of city at nortren bypass. Every facility for students is available for example wifi, sports,transport and food.

Hamdard University hostel is an nice place to live. It consists of three wings (buildings), two of which are 4-storey tall and third one is 5-storey tall. Ten rooms are present on each floor of all buildings. Although the hostel management is not very sincere and is quite careless, life here is memorable.Rooms: Rooms are spacious, cupboards and beds are available for students and fair facilities of electricity, fans and lighting are available. Select rooms have the facility of air-conditioning too. Early on, two students shared a room but the recent increase in number of students forced the management to change the policy to 3 students per room in the all rooms of Wing 3 and some rooms of Wing 1 & 2.Food: The quality of food has always been an issue at HU hostel. Most of the students preferred to cook their own food but after a ban on cooking utensils, they have to resort to feast on food provided by mess or eat outside at dhaabas (small, make-shift restaurant-like facilities).Miscellaneous: The hostel has internet facility provided via WiFi on all floors. A small lawn which serves as sitting-area and playground for Badminton is situated between Wing 1 and Wing 2.Conclusion: With better management and adhering to complaints can make a huge difference, however, it is still fun to be here.
