Complaint centre is useless ,split quality is too poor , repairing required after one month in changhong AC no action taken on complaint ,so I advice no one purchase changhong AC and any product of this company.

Dear higher management,i bought one split ac of changhong and since that day i regret on my decision of buying. ac had problem since long then one day stop working. i launched an complaint on 20th may but till today no one came to fix the problem.i tried to contact your customer services helpline but first no one picked up. but i tried again and again lucky someone pick up but hang up as soon as call connected this happen several times. finally one lady pick up, but she had a very bad attitude towards customers and she is completely not in mood to help or listen. but i launch complaint and given a complain number but no one came to see the problem.

I bought 2 DC Inverters of Changhong in May-June last year from Hyperstar. Just after 6 months, one DC Inverter was having gas leakage problem then that was repaired in by Changhong under warranty. Now just after one year, both DC Inverters are not cooling anymore, due to gas leakage problem again.It is the worst quality DC Inverters. I had never been to this worst experience before. I would not recommend anybody to purchase these third class items.

Very Bad Experience with Changhong ruba Company Customer Care I’m doing my complain regarding my Refrigerator but i think they are not interested for complete our complain they give us the number of his person who will deal in refrigerators but he is not receiving the call & not giving us the reply

Aftet sales is quite nonresponsive and slow. They returned by LED TV after 45 days.

They are not picking up calls at all after sale. You cant ask any question or inquire anything. They are providing pathetic service. I regret buying AC from them

Very difficult to get the address because a very small but tiny name plate mentioned and there was one a single mechanic was there doing all procedure so not very satisfied but have no other opinion . this is for your company betterment I mentioned above. Hope mr Ilyssas will take a good care of my LED.

The service is pathetic. None picks up the phone. Even the changhingruba lahore helpline cant get them to respond on my complaint. I left my TV for repairs and wks later after trying to call them upteenth times i finally went there only to find out that there is no progress yet!

The service and the product quality is extemely bad.My complain from 2 October 2019 is fulfilled today on 24 October 2019.Whenever we called the headoffice of Changhong Ruba they asked whether did we pay Rs.600 to them or not.We continuously requested them to attend the complain but they never interested in listening complain or understanding problem.

Sincere advice to every one: never buy any of those products or you will get stuck as their after sales service is absolutely horrible.I bought their fridge and reason for choosing it over its Pakistani counterpart (PEL) was that it seemingly had a better finishing. Pricing was almost similar.However its compressor broke down within one and a half year. If one tries to call them for claiming warranty there would be no response on their listed number for after sales.After I went to the store (where I purchased the fridge from) to claim warranty, one of their technicians called me to check the fridge. He came to identify the problem but after that he never showed up to fix it (even though I have been calling him for over 3 weeks. Screen shots of call history are provided for your reference. You can see how many calls have been made.
