Falcon Complex is a good place to live. There are over 200 houses, most of which are in decent condition. Moreover, there are two to three parks, a volleyball court, badminton court and a futsal/basket ball court. The management of the community seems lackluster at times and they are often found making silly decisions.

Falcon Complex is an ideal place in Karachi for living. Mainly houses are allocated to retired Air Force officers but you can find house or portion for rent or you can buy house in this area. Living conditions are very ideal here including parks for children and safe and secure environment.

Its a beautiful, peaceful and secure place to live, outer bound by protected by forces. Bit away from city, but overall very good place

Good experience to stay in Falcon Complex. Stayed 4 days. Neat and clean streets and roads. Plantation have a good attraction.

Falcon complex is a well managed residential colony. Clean and safe. The only short coming is absence of proper shopping area. Only one cabin with general items and vegetable+fruit. No other option but to go out to other market places

A well managed Air Force society.Good and sound community for armed forces retired personnels and their families.There are tons of civilians too.Not much of in the name of market near by,but apart from that nice Mosque in the centre of the society.There is also a small shop for basic day to day basis necessities.No problems regarding electric or water in the community as compared to the communities situated out in the civil areas.

Airforce Officers Housing Scheme. A very well planned housing society

Very nice area to live in Malir Cantt. Had overall good experience. Just some problems for civilians as security incharge Mr. Shafiq works illegally as real estate agent and wants commission from renting or selling of houses. Other than this black sheep no issue at all.
