I ordered six coils from them. 3 arrived 8 days later and they were the wrong ones. I asked for a replacement or a refund both in writing and numerous times on the phone. I have been given the run around for the last five days with outright lies. Please do not buy from them it is a complete waste of time and money.

The worst and unprofessional experience EVER!!!I ordered Smok Infinix Pods @Rs1800/3pcs, as advertised on their website!Next day, I received a call from Vapebazaar, that they are not available, and they would arrange them for me! I said OK! Again the next day, they called again to let me know that they are available for Rs1900 annd they will now NOT do COD but instead, if I wanted them, Ill have to transfer the money first, before delivery! I declined this offer and luckilly found the same pods from the market @Rs1000/3pods!!! What rip offs are these Vapebazaar walas!!! UNBELEIVEABLE!!!Furthermore, they are not reading their WhatsApp, as I sent them the proof of purchase, and tried putting some sense into them! But they dont even read or reply to customer messages!

The shop and the variety of vapes are comparatively better as opposed to the other places and I really like the different mods in stock.HOWEVER, the guy who dealt with us had a rather condescending attitude and although he was informative he wasnt on par with his customer service skills which is the main aspect. I would definitely be reconsidering my decision whenever I wanna get any accessories or vapes for that matter.He should be trained or changed if this is how he deals with everyone because not every person out there has the patience to deal with such disrespectful behaviour especially when they expect to be treated like ACTUAL CUSTOMERS.Thanks for reading.
