Really disappointed....It was a very bad experience. The dishes were not clean at all

Food quality is good. The place is clean and the air conditioned environment is a much needed relief in hot Summers off the city. The ambiance is also fine, considering the place its situated and the price on the menu card. Used to frequently have lunch here. They also offer good deals.

Puri bhaji on Sunday is excellent. restaurant food is just ok. Counter service very rude and non cooperative. Biryani taste was not good.

I have availed their service for many years now and they have their good and bad. Lets start with GOOD: On time order delivery, food is good if you order Handi or karahi. The customer service is ok and prices are reasonable.BAD: They have a habit of missing things like drinks, chutni, fries or other stuff. The fast food is very bad and I have received a roll where the meat was not even put on a grill and they put raw meat in Paratha. Mess up orders occasionally and on call they would never accept mistake you have to go their place to correct the mistake they have made in orders.
