Nice and maintained gym. Machines are good. Fee is slightly high as compare to other gym. Trainers are not certified. Need to work on trainers, should increase number of trainers. In rush, difficult to get attention of trainers.

Good for physical health

Nice gym with almost all facilities but trainers are not good. A nice gym with good machinery and equipment. Trainers are not that experienced but for a mediocre training these are fine, however for real professional training you need someone else. Surely the pricing is also match the standards they are providing and they are quite reasonable in this regard. Location is good and reachable to huge population nearby. Recommended to maintain a good healthy physic especially for the nearby. It’s for both ladies and gents.

This is one of the leading fitness center available in karachi with all facilities available for both genders equally. This place is not only highly equipped with fitness material but also with good trainers. The environment is quite friendly. The fees, however, is quite high for a middle class person who is eager to opt this one for fitness.Overall, I personally recommend to visit and get in shape over here.

Great place, good trainers.. All s well until ur things start getting stolen.. eg ur clothes from changing room. Sounds funny?? But true

These guys will look you up and down before giving you admission but unfortunately wouldnt do the same for hiring staff. They will hire staff from anywhere..Very disrespectful, highly unprofessional and just outright rude with customers. The trainers will talk back, wont take any criticism and have even laughed at my friends face after she had10k worth of stuff stolen from the gym.The gym (so called) doesnt have a proper squat rack.You will get told off for dropping weights because its hard floor - gyms dont have hard floors.They will keeps ACs turned off, even lazy enough to not open windows so customers can breathe fresh air. I HAVE to open the windows everyday.Theres too much staff and their roles are not clearly defined.. Probably worse than a government office.

Its a nice facility but gym instructors are not up to the mark. Treadmills are also outdated, they are charging extra for cardio area, so its their duty to upgrade them accordingly.

Took my words back! Gyms decision makers have gone nuts.. things are getting worst day after day for morning slot at DHA-1. Consider any other gym to stay healthy and calm please :-/

Dont you ever join this gym, they do not have alternative for load shedding.ACs get close before the closing timing of gym.UPS is not acceptable at the time of load shedding.Make sure that you arrange generator for the purpose of load shedding and fix these problems.
