Nice gym. Shahzaib Alam is a good trainer with extensive knowledge of workout and nutrition.

Good place for beginners but machines lack maintenannce.

Very good gym. Zeba the ladies trainer is excellent. Very professional and motivating. Great results in just one month. Her class is excellent.

7 star Trainers, especially Asad, are the best feature of this gym. While the facilty has all the basic machines (I will say 3 star for the machines and facility) with cardio area and free weights available to give one a complete experience of total body workout. The good thing is other companions are pretty decent and concentrate on their own play while to guide you, an experienced trainer is always there who is passionate and always enthusiastic to guide and give tips and tricks as well at least in the morning hours.

Good equipment. Good staff. Convenient location and parking. Loud music is an inconvenience to me (even though it is quite common in gyms).
