One of the best gyms Ive seen. New exercise machines. Very friendly management with lots of options for everyone: from cross fit, Zumba, tabata, Yoga, Aerobics weight loss program. the instructors are brilliant, helpful and make sure you doing everything right. Gym is clean and very well equipped. I would definitely recommended to anyone.Overall great experience!One of the best gym Ive seen.

Best fitness club for house wives and young girls. Women seprate classes from 10am to 4pm. 7am to 10am and 4pm to 12am is combined. Best workout Aerobics Zumba yoga tabata fitness classes all in one roof. Great lady trainers. Ac invoirment.
