Very pathetic after sale service. Complain registered on November 16, no technician visited till date. I made frequent calls since then, they either say they will call back or promise the technician visit. Very embarrassing

They claim to provide best after sales service in town. But the truth is once you buy any equipment from them, youll regret it afterwards when it comes to customer care or after sales support...My treadmill is still in warranty and ive been consistently trying to contact them for the past 1 month for equipment service but either they dont respond or give some lame reasons, truth is they dont have any intention to provide support.Very bad experience... Highly not recommended !!!

These people are very ill-mannered. I bought an exercise cycle from them that broke down with in two days and rather then addressing my concern they blamed me for not using the product properly. Really bad customer service. I would urge everyone to avoid this place specially saleem the sales rep over there doesnt know how to deal customers professionally

We bought an expensive treadmill from here. There was an athletic guy who demonstrated the full speed of the machines, pretty impressive. Price range varies.
