Officers are alright but sometimes they will make you wait for small things. Staff on the other hand is is extremely lazy. Following 60 years old system of one person one job. For instance no one comes before 1000 hrs. and for examination dealing fees counter will close at 1500 hrs. I was 10 minutes late and he didnt entertained me. For eyesight you have to visit on Thursday at 1000 hrs. and officer may come at 1100 hrs. and so on. Place is extremely dirty. Staff might ask for bribe or tea to do your job faster. No help desk and no one to guide you and staff can be rude sometimes.
