Worst customer service..Phone calls are not attended...on UAN you need to hold for 10 to 15 mins and u r lucky to get answered...The email on web portal have delivery issue...atleast IT admin should be fired...Without stars i cant post otherwise -100...

From America my mail was out on 2/June 2020 still I did not get my mail I call America they told me two time they mail it one on 13 April 2020 now third time they are going to mail hopefully I will get my mail In karachi I try to call my postal code no answer very poor service

Even the official contact number is not picked up every time you try to call them.

Nobody in the post office seems to know this location exists. Nobody able to provide contact details, the number listed here is not functioning or nobody is bothering to pick it up.Awful service, it shouldnt be this hard to get details about your package. Nobody in the post office seems to know what they are doing.

Its good to use Pak Post as it provides almost equivalent serivces to private couriers in less rates.
