I had a great experience of hijama at UG healing center where Usman personally attended me and during the whole procedure kept informing about the medical benefits as well as the detailed information about the sunnah benefits as well... The procedure is completely painless and all the doubts were well removed very professionally.. The best thing about UG healing center is that its done very hygienically.. neat clean beds with bed mats following all the SOPs.. I had hijama twice, once for my high blood pressure and 2nd on Sunnah dates for cholesterol and its been a whole week, I feel so relaxed and light .. my BP is also normal.. and InshaAllah looking forward for another session on the next Sunnah date...

I was really scared that the procedure may hurt my back or even the needles might give me a tough time but Alhamdulillah I was dealt with professionals who made everything go so smoothly that I never felt even the slightest of pain anywhere. Usman bhai (The person doing my hijamah) was really friendly and gave me the proper attention i required as it was my first time. Secondly the hygiene was very good there as they all had gloves & masks on the entire time and the bed was also very neat n clean. A total of 30 minutes and I felt fresh as never before. Alhamdulillah even after 2 days of my hijamah I feel very fresh mentally and physically, my blood pressure is back to normal and I dont feel lethargic anymore.10/10 for their services.
