For this nightmare I started of with the park towers office where Mr. Sajid dealt with me. I was researching diff clinics but was caught by hair club which tend to be based on false commitments by their officials.In addition to the general information I was given the following information which made my mind to go for hairclub:1. I will be able to make my own hairline which I REALLY wanted as I did tremendous research on that:The official at the park towers office reassured that I will be able to make my own hairline for sure and gave the example of an actor that he did it by himself and the Doctor will have a detailed consultation with me in general before the transplant. The Doctor hardly talked to me for 5mins before the transplant and simply refused that we never do that. It was one of my major requirements and I researched on it for a year and was confident to draw my own hair line.right now its still the same uniform hair line which looks unnatural.2. The commitment was made for 2000+ follicles:I was told that 2000 grafts will be etracted. In the further explanation it was mentioned that it always results in additional 250 to 500 extra grafts which comes out during the extraction and are not wasted. During the trimming time I was told that 1500 Grafts will be extracted by the doctor and I was charged for 2000 grafts. I discussed this with the initial contact Mr. Sajid and he sounded helpless as according to him he did the right consultation and communicated everything in the file to the other office. On the day of stitch removal Mr Ishtiaq and Dr. Fesal had some homework done to address this issue. Mr Ishtiaq was SO hyper that it was hard to discuss anything with him, sorry to say he was very unprofessional and was sounding like a typical uneducated street guy. He further said twice or thrice that I am trying to get the benefit out of the situation now. Dr. Fesal brought up the new information to me that actually at the time of extraction he extracted 1700 follicles not 1500 and that resulted in the count of 1970 which is close to 2000 so we are good now.Note: I was not informed about 1700 follicles extraction AT ALL at the time of the transplant neither till the time of stitch removal, to my understanding it was all made up later on to satisfy me.3. Dense Grafting:As per the consultation I was told that in the no touch technology they are able to put 40 to 45 follicles as compare to the 20 to 25 of the conventional technology.I could not count more than 15 grafts in a square inch area after the transplant.After the surgery I did not get even a single call for the follow up unlike before the surgery, it was me who was calling again and again for the concerns I was having. All in all i did not get any substantial results as they damaged my existing root while harvesting new ones.

They messed with the hair line and there was no difference after the transplant.they drew incorrect hairline.we had three people in family who did transplant , no one got any result at all,please don’t go to hair club you will waste and time!

Got my hair transplant done from karachi branch. I was not informed that i need to follow up with prp. I have actually found out recently that we need follow up with. Prp. They did not cover up my hair line and because of thier negligence i almost lost 50% of my hair. Would not recommend them. He just added 250 people in group and no one was satidfied everyone was cursing at him. Shame on you Mr Faisal Qureshi.

Its a ripoff place. Using a very old technology which causes lot of complications with minimal results. Some staff are very unprofessional and they make false commitments.
