Well, the one and only experience from which currently I am going through with this ship-liner are really pathetic and terrible. They even dont know the meaning of customer service. The so-called procedural delays, so-called approvals which never come, unethical charges and detention money which is their main bread and butter.In short, I must say small people sitting on big chairs.
