Small scale shopping centre. With items of daily use available at reasonable rates. Quality is however not very good.It occupies a big corner at the main maskan chowrangi. Causes quite a traffic jam. The only highlight of the mall is the man pasand food centre. That offers very good evening snacks. Chholas, pani puri, meethi puree, mix chat and a lot of other stuff. Quantity is good and so is the price. Worth trying.

Shopping Mall is average but Shop of Manpasand Gool Gappay is awesome. Excellent taste. Must try.

Maskan chorangi itself one of the famous commercial spot around residential area and adjacent the Karachi University and Grace shopping mall located at main Maskan chorangi, one of the busiest spot of Karachi.

Flats are good but shopping market failed to get public attention. Best thing of this mall is Gol Gappy and Dahi Bary wali shop.
