Zouq Biryani is no doubt good in taste. But they need to improve the quality of sitting area for visitors. When most of the times the place is crowded and the shop is very small. They have placed low quality benches outside the shop as well but that is main road which made it perilous for the customers to risk their lives while enjoying the food, what a combination of taste and danger. The first thought I also had when I visited zouq Biryani that how could they afford to serve such an amount of meat in one plate at that cost? Are they serving donkey meat or low quality meat? But looking at the amount of sales they have one could deduce that high sales make it possible to sell this quantity on low profit margin, you know the economy of scales. However they should invest on improving the ambience of their place.
