I ordered a kurti from them during ongoing 60% off sale. It cost me 1450, but when I received the kurti the embellishment was missing from it and buttons were poorly stiched.. And when I asked them to exchange it they said that sale items or not exchangeable

This business uses a courier which makes false claims of delivery of paid orders.**** WARNING Do not prepay orders for delivery within Pakistan. ****Their customer service is terrible. It’s been one month with no package delivered and no resolve. Someone stole the package and this company and the courier are doing everything possible to cover up their absurd lies that the package was delivered. Dispute multiple attempts in reaching out to both SANA SAFINAZ and LEOPARD COURIER ... we are still without delivery.
