Dr. Shaukat assistants have taken over the clinic, the doctor is only viewing the whole show and doesnt answer patient query properly. Assistants are directly dealing with the patients about the diagnosis and doctor doesnt check the eyes of the patient personally.No proper seating arrangement inside Doctors room for patient and visitor. Toilet for visitors in poor condition.So much for going 6.30 am in the morning to get the token/ appointment number.
