The name of the place and the ambiance dont match

Attended my friends wedding there in the upper portion of the Royal Club. As this is located in the lane with many other wedding halls, thus it is always crowded, the road it packed as there is no proper parking on the lane, you can only park 5 or y cars infront of any of the wedding halls here.The enterance for the upper portion was barely recognised by any of us, the stairs were tinted with I dont know what sprt of grease and the staircase was completely blacked out.The staff had their service rooms or store room at the back of the upper portion so there were multiple people coming upstairs and for the people who were sitting at the back, it was as if they were sitting in the corridor.Thie ground floot of the Royal club is far more better than the first floor.
