The shop is a nice place to meet people who are switching from cigarettes to vape.The flavours are ok but the only issue is the room is so full of various fragrances it is impossible to select what you want.They should keep some coffee beans.

The worst experience. Would NOT recommend. Went this store today with my brother around 9 PM only because a friend recommended. But he was so WRONG to do so. The staff has a serious attitude problem. They were least interested in selling and were very rude. When I asked them to show me a few more products they said they dont have any. Although I could see them right behind the sales men.Anyways, your loss (Artisan) cuz I went to Vapecity at Ocean mall 2nd floor. Bought two pod systems with flavours. The staff was very cordial and had the manners that the staff at Artisan lacked. The staff at E-lite ocean mall was nice too but their rates were slightly on the higher end. I would recommend NOT visiting Artisan.

They have good assortment of flavours. However flavours isnt their main plus point. It is the technical discussion over the aspects of battery, and advisory for newbies as well as giving alternative solution to already saturated vaporisateur. Good for those who want hassle free one sentence solution without the haggling. Perfect for no nonsense direct to solution typo vaporisateurs. No 5 stars as they lack the availability of spares.

This is an ideal place to buy vaporisers and vaping accessories in Karachi. The inventory is updated regularly and the staff is courteous . Customers can try different flavours before making a purchase. The prices are also very reasonable.

I purchased an attitude vape from the DHA outlet last year. Over the last twelve months, the shop was frequently out of stock of the filter coil. This is a lot of hassle as the coil needs to be replaced almost every month.

Staff only seem happy to help their regular customers. New clients that come have to wait ages to be attend to.

Rip off.. pls dont buy goods with broken seals. You pay full price and should recieve all the goodies not used or half of it. Untrained dummies selling electrically charged goods is recipe for disaster.

Overly priced products and Ill mannered staff, especially the old staff, when asked to contact the owner or make a call to the owner they said you cant contact the owner and neither can he come, so basically this branch is just treating their customers as servants, artisan is a huge chain worldwide and giving it a bad name with your so polite staff isnt ethical at all, as for the products the prices are fixed nationwide no complain on that.

Pricey and disinterested staff have an attitude problem. Walked out after 1 min. Spent my money elsewhere.
