Systek UPS are good as compare to other UPS.I want to recommend Systek UPS Model Classic for home & office use.

Pathetic service, ups is below the rank, not recommended.

Pathetic service. 2 weeks and still my UPS is not in working condition . Was informed that the unit is repaired . Instead of delivering the unit I was asked to pick it up from the service center and on reaching the service center and checking the ups the fault had not been corrected.

Its just a regular service.No special treatment for old clients and dealers.Product is superb specially heavy UPS

CUSTOMER FEED BACK RATIO IS VERY POOR....

They never answer a phone call
