The new connection team of IBC Johar II, is failed to deliver approprite services toward customers who have applied for new connection. I expect betterment of the department. If any authorised person view comment take some reasonable measures to save precious time of customers.
Long time process For new connection
Queue matic service is very good. Problem resolution is very very poor. I have been visiting there since June 2019 and every month it took one to three visits. From counter staff to GM customer services. All are topi drama. They always send email to each other internally ask consumers for few days to resolve the issues but the problem remains there. Im facing excess billing, double security deposit and much more. Every time they are complicating my case. I never put such a bad remarks against anyone before.
Its a nice place you can reach there through Continental bakery , aur from Kamran chorangi if you are coming from mosamyat next cut off Kamran chorangi right hand side , the way which is going to continental bakery.After 5 to 6 minute drive you can find IBC Johar on left inside indication of this IBC is is that this is in front of beaconhouse school on this road there is 3 to 4 become houses schools on main road.If you want to visit there just check the time, because on Friday its time is from 9oclock to 5 oclock bat 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. is jumma off.If you are going for new connection must bring your plot original document and original cnic of ownership of the land that will be beneficial for you to expedite the process otherwise it will take too much long time to resolve the issue
