Extremely unprofessional and unethical useless service in regards to providing information and receiving calls.... eachbtime i was waited to get from caller 6 to caller 1 and they would simply cut my line offf....... lazy staff

Following comments are for ULTRASOUND only.Place only operates in daytime hours.If you want to get Ultrasound done without hassle:1. Reach the place at 6.30am2. Get the token from the automated token machine. (only 100 tokens/day are available which are mostly finished by 7.30am)3. Counter for registration & payment starts at 8am, so if your home is nearby go home and come back at 8am sharp.4. Make payment and wait for the ultrasound to be done which usually starts at 8.30am. (waiting time for ultrasound will again depend on the token number you managed to get in morning)Note: please ask your doctor if you need 12 hours fasting because most of the time patients are required to be 12 hours fasted.

Today we went to orthodontics department for problem of braces that process was going since three years but there was no staff today and a boy like peoun said there was no OPD is going on nowadays he gave us ptcl number of dow on which we have to contact,The number was: 021-38771111ext4277Inspite of this when we went to eye OPD and as well as skin OPD that was working,What is this happening?Is corona only spreading in orthodontics department and not in Eye and Skin department?Pls respond to our review!

Reviewed for September 2018. Infrastructure is good, experts are there. Very busy because people dont have much options of health services. People often complain about efficiency and transparency of welfare services. Parking problems. No proper shuttle service was seen. Staff members are rude and willing for malpractice. Looks like gaurds are poorly trained and underpaid because some look clearly malnourished and crave for charity; others have attitude problem.
