Hospital itself is just OK. Administration is quite weak. But Dr major mussarat was very professional and helped me with my pcod. Her treatment and prescribed medication helped me conceive. Very experienced doctor.

Very Bad communication skills .Receptionist dont know how to talk others.Even though receptionist dont know whats going on in the hospital.Dont wanna talk about doctor bcz receptionist dont give the clear information.

In case of emergency one can rely on the doctors. So far as medical Testings and Reports are concerned, they cannot be considered below par but authentic up to an appreciable extent.

Awful hospital, they dont even try for normal delivery and always trying to implement for C section and lousy operations. NOT GOOD!!! And they dont care when you complain and say what youre feeling! Our experience was an absolute eye opener and nightmare.

Management was not good room problum always here, Dr uzma gynee and Dr Ali hassan child specialist to much busy Dr not give proper time to patient.Simple rule yha kaBap Bara na bhiya sub se Bara rupiya.

The place has OK doctors but the staff working their is extremely rude. Not all of them, but most are. Every hospital has to run its operations because its a commercial place and nobody has any sympathies for anybody, but when you are paying according to their demands you deserve polite tones and promptness or should one call it readiness and attentiveness towards the patient. I guess its just another hospital of Pakistan nothing special about it or anything that makes you think its a great place for healthcare. OPDs are just fine, no top ranking doctors except Shaheen Zafar sits their, I dont know her as I never met her for any patient or medical case per her expertise. Ive heard that the owners are extremely generous but I never met them and administrative staff running the hospital is not praise worthy in any aspect.

Very poor service, we had been there and all they did was to give loads of drips and injection just to give quick relief and all the prescribed medicine were way too expensive. Due to unstable condition we went to another consultant and we got to know that their diagnosis was entirely wrong and there were no need of that heavy medication.

Both of my kids were born here, nine years apart. Administration here was great each of those times. We went to agha khan for some post natal issues as it is near our home) and believe me, we had to shift back to Atia due to the lethargic, iresponsible and insensitive attitude of AKUH staff and doctors alike.Gratitude extended to Dr Sher Shah, Dr Shaheen Zafar, Dr Talat and all the staff and administration working at Atia Hospital and SIRM.
