Overpriced. Manager is classiest!Sales staff is arrogant and non professional.Prices are so high that you can Google any of their bags for comparison and notice the difference.It is more expensive then the prices shows in euros or dollars on Amazon USA.I will not recommend.

Just visited the store yesterday upon my mother’s recommendation who had seen it previously inside Lucky One mall. I wanted to buy a Delsey suitcase and had already done some research on pricing and availability prior to my visit.We were greeted very graciously at the store’s Lucky One outlet by the manager (Mr. Muhammad Iqbal) who guided me patiently through all the different options within my target budget. He honestly told us the pros and cons for each article telling me which suitcase would be perfect for my travel needs (based on usage and travel frequency that he asked me, and the allowed luggage dimensions that I had noted before visiting the store).He showed upon my request how to unlock/lock the suitcase, the different color options available and how old was the introduction of each model. Once I had chosen the suitcase, I was also interested in looking for a laptop bag/backpack that could be used while traveling.We were shown and advised of multiple options with details for pros and cons of each. Finally, I ended up buying a large Delsey suitcase, a Delsey backpack, a Cross wallet and a Victorinox passport holder. Thanks to Mr Iqbal’s patient guidance and advice, I am very happy with my purchase and having had the opportunity to meet a truly hearty manager.Adding the picture of Delsey suitcase bought in an excellent deal, recommended if you are looking for a good quality, sturdy cabin bag/suitcase at handy prices.

Good place for luggage bags. Delcie collection as well as their own brand available which is more economical and equally useful. Store management was polite and helpful.

Visited the store at LuckyOne Mall. Very professional staff with good customer care and etiquettes. Its not only about sales, they pay attention to every customer, even if the customer takes 30-40 mins in buying the perfect bag. Hard to find good service like this in Karachi. I would have given them a 7 star ranking if there was one. Their service guy Nadeem helped me out at the most crucial time when I had locked my bag and code wasnt working. He guided me step by step on call on a late Sunday evening and I was through. This was one the best customer experience I ever had. The most interesting part was that I had not even bought the Delsey bag from them and they havent sold that model yet since its not launched in Pakistan and I was in Lahore contacting them via FB. However Im now their customer forever. Well done Nadeem, well done Companion for such a great culture. Well done #delsey. Keep up the great work.
