Worst customer service.Went to return pista. They were not making a voucher or giving cash back for items returned. Instead they said to buy something which at the moment we couldn’t.Moreover. The packets were sealed pack bought day before yesterday. They should change their such policies. We are buying from them since many years and this is how they treat. They should’ve given us the money back instead of forcing us to buy something else.

Situated at very busy food street of Muhammed Ali Society try to avoid to reach this place in evening time because it is very difficult to find car parking in evening time because of crowd rushing towards many restaurants situated at this street, Bombay store is located just opposite Kaybees restaurant which is very old and famous restaurant of Karachi so when ever you are planning for Bombay Store must have Cone Ice cream from Kaybees restaurant, its really yummy and worth to have.
