I wish I could give them zero rating. They tested me covid positive on 31st December. Just to verify their test, I got another test same day in Sindlab which came negative. Third test I got in UAE on very next day which is again negative Alhumdulillah.I totally lost my trust in this hospital.Dear All- please dont ever take your love ones here.

I am here for my eye check-up. They are allowing people without mask, without temperature check. On machine ( KR 8900) they asked me to come and put my chin and head for number check. I said her twice to clean the serface from sanitizer, but she insisted me to do it with out cleaning. I refused this check without cleaning then she found a two inch piece of alcohol swab from somewhere and clean it for me. For other patients she didnt do it.If this is the practice in a big hospital, how we can overcome this pendemic, and it will remain in pakistan for years like polio and TB. God forbid,.

They killed my wife. The doctor told her, to her face, that she was dying of liver failure. I dont know if anything is more cruel and heartless than doing this to a dying patient.Moreover, the staff was extremely rude with us & the patient.Im begging you people to never take your patients to this horrendous business facility. Itll just increase their suffering.

I went for eye check of my five years old, technician staff is nice but a long que in waiting to see a doctor. I went at 9 am, they charged 500 fees and 150 for card, still got 13 number.Checkup could be 2 to 3 hours long. Need to improve hygiene and washroom cleaning.

Services are not upto the mark. Private room was given at the rate of Rs. 7,000 per night. There system is very unique if you got room at10pm they will charge you one day room rent for 2 hours and 12am second day will be charged. This should be reviewed, its burden on patients.

Located at a different locality of Gulshane Iqbal Block 4, behind Disco Bakery. Earlier it was famous for its Burns Ward, then also became popular by providing earlier COVID testing facilities and Isolation Ward. It has proper Emergency, OPD and Operation Theatres to look after various diseases and epidemic. The staff is good and environment also reasonable. Though is situated on a very small property.

Our all average experience staff behavior is very good except Security staff is extremely harsh...should be polite . Pharmacy should have more adequate arrangements.....moreover in the outside sitting area hospital administration should place dust bins so attendant throw their waste in the dustbin rather depositing nearby places.....

I highly recommended Patel hosiptal because they are providing quality treatment. Additionally, their management are outstanding and doctors are amazing. And I believe not just medication is work wonderfully, care and spoken words can do miracles.

Private sector hospital. Services to patients are better than others. Comparatively cost efficient than other private sectors. Cleanliness needs more attention. Behaviour of medical staff is good but not medical staffs is not so good. Well ventilated, well built and vast built building.

Hospital is neat and clean with all facilities but Worst online appoinment system ever. I many times tried to get appointment by phone call but couldnt get respond.

Doctor Hazrat Allama Hanif Chatni, head of eye department is supposed to see patients from 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Thats 2 hours. Guess what, Hazrat is late 3 hours for his shift. And the patients are supposed to wait for him 5 hours before he (inayats) his precious 2 minutes.Dare protest or speak up while at the facility or ask for refund.

Worst experience with many cases. But still a better option for OPD in Gulshan. Call centre has very poor services. They dont even answer to the calls

Building is good but there are traffic issues in front of the main gate all the time. I have only heard about it from colleagues, never knew about patient reviews. Never visited the hospital, often drive by the road near this.

Worst hospital. Thier gynecologists are inexperienced. My baby died due to the negligence of Dr. Kaneez Fatima as she knew that the babys development was slowing down at 7 month. Still she waited for a Month to do a doppler. If it was done before the baby could be saved. She didnt guide me properly regarding movements. My baby died in 9th month. Shell have to answer before Allah for her negligence as I wont pardon her anyhow.. Moreover, thier labour staff are butchers

Its a really good hospital in Gulshan. They take good care of their patients who are admitted or just visit in OPD. Doctors listen to the patients carefully and give them helpful advices. Hospital rooms and washrooms are clean and tidy. They provide comfortable beds and fresh food to the patients. They have cafeteria, attendants can also get anything to eat easily.

Extremely unprofessional and pathetic basturdsMy wife was wrongly diagnosed by Dr. Aliya Bano (an immature lady with rude behaviour) during her initial pregnancy and was offered immediate dnc. She was shocked and crying. The ultrasound dept. kept on insisting expensive ultrasounds for review and result ...... nothing !I know the reality and dilemma of doctors. My father was involved in road accident and he had severe head Iinjury but due to negligence of doctor he had his surgery after 24hrs of time which could have been done after 3 hrs of accident. Very very bad experience especially dr rashid Naseem khan and dr sameer is a murderer.they don’t care about patients they only making money.my mother was under observation of dr rashid naseem khan during treatment her bp and sugar had started dropping I told dr rashid naseem and dr sameer several times that plz do start support medicine for maintaining her bp but dr rashid naseem told me that stop monitoring her bp and sugar and eventually her bp was dropped 60/30 she collapsed and her brain got damaged and got stroke.my mother is now very critical condition just because of them.so plz be aware of these butchers they are basterds.

Dental OPD reservation system is rubbish. I booked the appointment 12:00 and when i reached they said its temporary and youve to wait 1-3 hours at least.I cant find way to message. Below are the details, I booked dentist appointment by calling appointment number. And when I reached the hospital the guy in the dentist appointment area told me that he dont know anything about online appointment and he himself give appointments and write them in the register and we have to wait for 1-3 hours.

STAY AWAY !!!!!Please stay away, I beg you all do not take your loved ones to this commercial hospital unit they deliberately put your patients in ICU, HDU and tell you lies everyday.My Grandmother was admitted here for gastric issue and they started kidney and lever treatment on her. they injected heavy anti-biotic and plasma doses due to that she transferred to HDU.We consult with a doctor at SIUT and showed him reports he confirmed that she is not kidney patient. We had to beg the management to discharge our grandmother and let us transfer her to another hospital. We shifted her to MMI after two weeks and their reports were shocking that Patels Doctors we treating her for no reason she had no need to be kept in HDU or ICU she recovered in 3 days and back to home.I request everyone to stay away from here !!!!

One of the best Hospital in Gulshan e Iqbal, i got admitted, and was treated in short time, Dr Fatima Shaikh done great job , and i pray for her , She is great Doctor. Staff is great and over all hospital is if not 5* then 4*+

Around 2008 Patel Hospital used to be one of the best small scale private sector and charity hospitals in Karachi but with time it has regressed and their quality of service is going down day by day. I hope they can work something out to get it to its original state as they have a huge patient turnover.
