They focus on payment rather on quality. Billing department has responsibility of info desk. Customers are cash machines for them.The only thing I like is highly trained staff in labour room.

Hospital is good and doctors and staff is really cooperative but the pharmacy of MMI handed over to highly unprofessionally, untrained and non-cooperative staff... the service of pharmacy is really pathetic... I prefer and recommend not to waste time in long queues.

Today on 25th of December 2020, here I am sitting in front of the ICU on 2nd floor of mmi. The doctor is reluctant to provide real-time facts , the consultant is celebrating Christmas perhaps , and not able to even provide feedback on call , the doctors are looking with a unwelcoming gaze. No one is taking the alive patient seriously but rather a specimen that can add up some experience to the staff.I tried to talk to administration but it seems they are also not available today. It feels like I am in a mansion made up of marbles and felt totally disconnected with my loves inside the ICU. I hate it but the reality is in third world countries may this kind of standard this hospital provides . Pitty .I am reconsidering everything and deciding to shift my loves one to Aga Khan or South City . May be over there they have some ethics and protocols ! Fingers crossed.

My husband got his Covid test done and they said the results would come out the next day at 4. I kept checking online and there was no update. I called up and after 10 calls I got to talk to an extremely high handed and unapologitic operator who said I should wait till the next day. I still havent received the report and nobody is picking up my calls. Highly unprofessional staff and incompetent!! If I had the option of giving a 0 star rating, I would definitely give them one. Please dont get you covid tests done from here!

I have been there several times, my daughter was admitted 2 times there, My wife c-section have been performed there. Overall it is the best in class and yes, a bit more expensive, their medicine are expensive as well although the same medicines are available in lesser price in any other medical.

The hospital is well maintained, atleast at par with the big names in the city. Some of the doctors are quite renowned, while others are..uummm just say ...average. The staff in emergency section is cooperative, though at times lack of professionalism is too obvious. However, I hope that this will eventually evolve into the best in class in times to come. Rest, may Allah SWT keep us all healthy and away from these hospitals.

Overall good but emergency department lacks a little in professionalism. Secondly, the EPI vaccines by government are free but they are charging Rs. 150/-. The OPD is good, the lab is also good and rates are quite good too, not too high.

I recently fully recovered from Corona virus went to Dr Deedar Ali general physician to just asked do I need to any test and physical examine, so Dr said everything perfect but I need few tests (just routine) which was kidney ,liver heart and sugar , so after 3 days I went to Dr Deedar Ali again to see the reports but he refused to see my reports without paying fees again I request him to just check my reports and why should I pay fees again! I am not ill just came for advice but unfortunately Mr Deedar seems like business man I have never ever seen Dr like him ,

Memon medical institute hospital Also known as MMI. Institute is equipped with fine professionals in their fields, and hospital is situated hear safora roundabout with merely a distance of 5 minutes. Hospital is well maintained and equipped with the latest technologies. Youll find good care here but a little bit expensive too though the motto of hospital is excellent health Care with reasonable expenses. Institute is neat clean and green. Well ventilated and vast area with utilities such as mosque, cafeteria etc. Over all good condition.Its also equipped with Accessible entrance and Accessible parking.

The doctors really need some counseling to learn the way to speak to their patients. . . . Its really sad to see the most senior doctors misbehaving with the patients for no reason they need to realize that everyone has the right to be respected .This was my second visit to see the senior most doctor Nasreen Majid we waited 4 hours despite the fact that i booked the oppointment with this Nasreen Majid a week ago but still i had to wait 4 hours and after those tiring 4 hours when we met the doctor she really misbehaved with us for no reason.Following is the complain that i did to the administration despite the fact that nothing is going to change there . I dont know why the senior doctors behave like only they are the ones who have education and the rest of the world is illiterate and uneducated and only their time is valuable and the time of others have no value. Im really disappointedAoAMy wife is patient of Dr Nasreen Majid kindly make sure that the doctors behave well with the patient...Your doctors seriously need some counseling to behave well ....We waited 4 hours to see her and she really misbehaved ...very poor training

MMIs doctors are quite good. But administration staff is very poor. I had to admit my 1 year old baby in pediatric ward. Before the payment of fee they didnt inform me that pediatric ward is full, after payment they gave me a slip of general ward for adults of several diseases. After inquiring they told that pediatric ward is full and will take 1 hr so temporarily we have assigned general ward. Even for general ward I had to wait for 5 hrs. After getting admitted the baby in ward I insisted to shift her in pediatric ward but they refused that beds are full, after investigating I came to know that bed was available but they assigned paediatric ward bed to some other baby (may be the attendants had some source) I will not recommend anyone to get admit their babies here.

Hospital is big with all the necessary facilities but the administration is a mess. There are a lot of parking spaces in front of the hospital building but the guards send everybody to park on the nearby plot except for emergencies. There is no pre appointment facility, you have to come and wait in queue for visiting OPD specialists which can take upto 2 hours of waiting time. My experience with pediatrics was not pleasent.

Facilities are good, a little far from city but accessible from many areas.

Amazing experience of efficient emergency service, support staff responsiveness & professional doctors team.I was rushed to the emergency on Friday night and was immediately attended by two doctors. Later it was confirmed upon examinations and tests that I need to be treated for appendicitis.Early morning next day, Alhamdulillah, Dr Tanweer Ur Rehman Sahab conducted successful surgery and saved my case from becoming complicated.I am very pleased with the support staff response to my issues as a temporarily bed bound patient.As compared to the cost of other famous hospitals, I think it is cost friendly to diverse range of people.Highly recommended.

Dear Management and honourable Trustees of Memon Medical.Aoa,Today i visited hospital emergency with my 8 year child due to injury of right hand fingers badly stucked in heavy wooden door due to heavy air pressure ,its was very pain full for me that how the Doctor naveed treat my child . They dont have any training to treat emergency patient nor able to prescribe right medicine or treatment just doing time pass and waiting for good morning so he leave for home ,They are not even to oppoint in civil hospital ,I belongs to memon community and being a respectable citizen i advise to senior management and trustees to plz appoint responsible Doctors in emergency ,i use to come in hospital for different doctors but Alhamdulillah all doctors and mangmnt is too good ,But in emergency i will not recommended to any one to come here every attendant was shouting on emergency doctors in emergency dept bcz they were not attending properly and mis behaving with the attendant and was saying we can not treat go in other good hospital 3 times security called for the attandant and just doing arguments with every patient.I request to plz random chck as a patient in emergency bw 11 to 1 am and chck how they are handling patients .Every doctors was passing us to an other doctor like foot ball ,We r really proud that memon foundation made this hospital like Agha khan but emergency treatment ,,,Plz take action against doctor naveed and chck his ability that is he capable for emergency charge ?RegardsArsalan Memon

Memon Medical Institute Hospital is a purpose built high standard medical facility with very alert minded, highly professional and humane medical staff. It is a Not for Profit Organization. Its building infrastructure has a soothing effect with neat, clean and congenial ambience. Highly recommended for good care at very competitive rates.

Its a private Hospital. I would definitely recommend this because once my son caught with high fever about 104.5, i took him to this hospital in emergency block they simply look with care and put children medicine into my son from backside, suggest for some tests and in last advice for dr Anila to show her test results. Another day when we go to Dr Anila she said nothing has happened to him just a little infection due to some wrong medications, so we admitted she was right. She just prescribed few medicines, with those my son become absolutely healthy.

A very impressive hospital for such low cost. Dr. Nasreen Majid treated me and despite the long wait because of how busy she was being a gynaecologist, it was a great experience. The staff was good but short in number. Thats probably only complaint about the hospital that its short staffed and needs to work on that. Also, they REALLY need to upgrade the pharmacy. Nearly every medicine I went to buy recommended by doctor of their hospital was not available. I found the pharmacy completely useless. But the hospital is great with cleaning, hygiene and ambience.

The doctors are not friendly specially the Gainey Doctors and delivery ward. After paying a good amount they dont know how to treat the penitent and diagnose them well. Not recommended to anyone!

It started as a modern set up, but later on it has been taken over by molveez. A wonderful dream come true place with up to date infrastructure has not shone to its potential yet.

When I used to be in OPD, I had a very good experience with the hospital and that is why I decided to choose MMH for my wifes operation. Here they gave a tough time. Completely unprofessional staff, they dont even know how to start EKG machine. Service too delayed. Were calling them again and again. Patient was not given with any of his meal. Doctor scheduled surgery but didnt pay a single visit. Worse experience. Will never come again and will not recommend it to anyone else. Really want to abuse because of all such things. Paid huge amount and zero services...

Horrible experience of the emergency of Menon medical institute ... Went to take my elder brother for severe stomach pain and asked the doctor to arrange a bed for him ... He didnt have a bed but what really angered me them not even looking at the patient or making any efforts to try to understand the medical emergency my brother was suffering from ... When I returned after parking the car I found my brother was left on his own with no one tending to him .. why open up an emergency when they are unable to handle it ... On the other hand the darul sehat hospital has a very efficient and reliable emergency ... Please dont take your patients to Menon medical emergency

This happens on my today visit to MMI, at around 11.40 a.m. dt: 22-04-18. Power Supply of complete MMI has been Off, which has been a shocking experience to us for a hospital of this class. People / Patients stuck into lifts, OPD, Emergency all area of hospital in dark. What if we say this as Mismanagement & Unprofessional attitude causing delays in restoration of Power.Kindly take corretive actions to avoid such incidents to happen later.
