I have had the experience of consulting Drs here a few times. Most of the times I couldnt get the appointment at my desired timings because of the non availability of Drs. Once I had a severe shoulder pain and I wanted to see an Orthopedic Surgeon but none was available whole day.However, when couple of times I was seen by few other Drs, I was dealt professionally. My experience in physiotherapy department was quiet good.The consultation fees and laboratory charges are reasonable. The new wing is entirely air conditioned and well maintained. I have had a chance to visit the private ward rooms as well which were quiet good. However I would like to suggest that the staff especially those sitting at the desk should treat the patients queries in a kind way. They should smile more and show more empathy.

Went to see Dr. Aneel Kumar in OPD. Absolutely the rudest psychiatrist I have ever met with. Didnt even let me finish one full sentence before interrupting me and bombarding me with another question. Didnt give me a full 30 minutes of his time, just sent me off in 20 minutes. Dont know why he bothered asking me any more questions, because he seemed to have made up his mind about me in the first 5 minutes. He dismissed me and my already existing diagnosis and instead referred me to his psychologist for further examination.If you want to see a real psychiatrist, then dont bother with this clown and go elsewhere.

Visited for Dental services close to 2200hrs on 16 Dec, 2019 with aching tooth, because of earlier filling from some other doctor. Identified my severe pain and time the Dr Anjum Tariq find it opportunate to charge Rs 4000/- for removal of temperory filling. The technician even did not know where to keep the suction pipe. The damn man put the suction directly over exposed nerves and gave me a good jolt, probably to make me realise that I should have accepted local anesthesia.God save us from opportunists.

Neat but unnecessarily pricey. Doctors recommended medicines that cannot be easily bought from outside, you would be forced to buy expensive medicines from the pharmacy within the hospital.

Not recommended if you want normal pregnancy delivery. They have special nurse in labor room who intentionally puts wrong machine late in pregnancy pain, which shows low heart beat of baby. This all happens when the doctor leaves the room for a minute or 2. They are applying C-section to 99% of their patients. Their normal delivery rate is too low. They are even applying C-section to women who already have 2-3 normal delivery childrens.

Excellent hospital, management and service. And my experience is too good well managed and furnished waiting rooms. Pictures and quotes of great people and painting are place in wall. There is also a restaurant inside a hospital.

This hospital is built to steal as much money as possible from their patients. The atmosphere is shiny and gives you a luxury feeling but they dont have many facilities. If you are admitted on sunday, you need to pay extra for ultrasound etc because they call the doctor from home. There are many tests which their Lab dont support. And it is almost as expensive as Agha khan.Please never go there, unless you have excess money and you want to waste it.

New equipment, but no team to run cardiac setup, my relative waited after getting cardiac surgery, we came back on eid in emergency and no one came to address our problem, they told us to take him some where else he was shifted to another hospital and died on the way.Very expensive, rather go to aku

Small sized neat and clean good hospital providing almost all the medical facilities from lab to ccu in the centre of city.Appointment procedure at consultant and opd clinic needs to improve because procedure for appointments is badly managed and time consuming. Its speciality is cardiac emergency and cardiac care. Knee replacement by specialist and famous surgeon is also a notable hallmark of this hospital. As all the private hospitals in Pakistan treatment here is also an expensive affair.
