Doctors are good. But if you call there for appointment or information, they dont answer usually or once in a blue moon they do answer your call then they dont entertain your queries very well.

Neither best, nor the worst. I would only suggest this hospital when in emergency its the only one you can reach on time; and only when the patient needs a quick first aid.But if your patient has time then better leave this place and move ahead to the better and cheaper ones in Gulshan e Iqbal.

Their specialist doctor like Doctor Shahid for bones is very nice

Services are good but the staff is always high on drugs. Always in sleeping mode. You have to ask multiple times for a service to get a response. Cost is average not too pricey. Clean environment but the staff behavior is the biggest downside.

Staff doesnt pay respect or response ,Also dont care for complaints to management or owners,Management needs to take serious action for their misbehaving with customers / patients.

This hospital is near Metro supermarket, weekly Sunday bazaar area and Safari park in Gulshan. Generally, hospital practices in Pakistan are not standardized with no checks and balances. They are free to do whatever they want. This is true with both private or public sector health care services. They have neat n clean environment with attentive staff and 45 consultant with different department and also they have 50 bedded hospital wit ER / ICU / NICU / 3 O.Ts and the most important thing is that they are not charging too much means over billing

My father was having pain in his heart and arm was getting numb. His brother took him to Ibn-e-Sina and the hospital gave him some medication and told him to go to Tabba Hospital. The pain still was not leaving though. First off they didnt have the right technology and were unable to help us with that. Then my dad went to the bathroom and on his way out he started to pass out. Then another doctor came and asked the first doctor what he gave my dad. The doctor told the second doctor that he had given my dad some FAKE medication! My uncle took my dad to Tabba where it turned out my dad had suffered a heart attack there. The people there are the most careless people in the world. They are ready to let people die.

Not sure about operation but its good for consultation, specially ENT,gastro and eye test,i usually go test my eyes with dr.colnol sahab who is very good and test eyes nicely

The chest physician Dr Hafeez is a good Doctor no doubt but a rude guy. Prepare to have some tolerance before meeting him. Also long waits

An economical hospital and good for general physicians

They hired very young doctors.they are mostly totally inexperienced and doing only practices as well.they dirctly advice to the patient tobe admited in Tabba heart hospital.without knowing the case history....

Ibn-e-Seena Hospital Complex, is a good place to find immediate medical assistance as well as consultancy to most of the medical departments. The popular ones here are, Peads (Child Specialist), Medicine (Medical Specialist), Gynecologist, ENT, Skin, Dental, Eye and Orthopedics.The hospital also offers a 24 hour Pharmacy and lab services.For a consultant the standard charges are PKR 400 whereas a general physician in the emergency department charges PKR 200.The hospital accommodates most of the company patients therefore it found crowded mostly in the evening from 6:00 pm to 9:30 pm.The hospital does not claim to be an intl hospital equivalent to Agha khan whatever they are offering is up to the mark.

I would rate it as an average. Care is not so bad. But not good too.
