Organized, properly maintained. well circulated, balanced shoppers traffic.Food outlet has kitchen hygiene fresh food. Quality coffee shop on ground floor. Supermarket of value.Selective shopping, medium priced outlets.
Clean Environment.Following SOPs. Good expirience
Smallish mall with limited retail outlets. The supermarket EBCO is why I normally visit this venue. In general, there appears to be a mish mash of small shops and even kiosks selling stuff like ice cream, donuts, dried fruits, and books with no particular design layout in mind. The management seems to want to prioritize leasing of floor space without worrying about the dictates of any customised floor plan.Limitations of space also affect the variety of products that the supermarket EBCO can offer so its not the first place I would think of when shopping for a particular brand of, say, breakfast cereal. A positive is the availability of the buildings basement parking which always seems to be underutilised as most people prefer to park on the street outside the entrances to the mall. The main food outlet is Time Out which has a variety of cuisine which is acceptable to the palate without being anything superlative.
Good selection of stores generally although the mall seems old and outdated. Of course this is an old mall and not the latest and biggest in Karachi anymore so a lot of major retailers have shifted to the new bigger mall. Although the supermarket here is still amongst the better ones in the city and the retail outlets arent bad. It gets the job done.
Ample, clean open air parking. Outdoor food, Ebco and Liberty books are the 3 best things about this mall.
We go there only for the grocery store EPCO which is excellent specially it’s meat shop.
Forum mall is ideally located on Khayaban e rumi and khayaban e Iqbal intersection Clifton phase 9 Karachi. Almost all famous brands outlets are available. More details are on forum mall website.Almost anyone who lives in Karachi knows where forum mall is like dolman mall on Tariq road.Is plenty of parking available ? Lol as it’s normal in Karachi, built the tower, mall or high rise residential complex and people will find their parking. Kudos to city planner and management. I always use ride-share to go forum mall.
Decent mall. Has some good outlets including Nike and Mocca
I love this place, good for branded item shopping, specially I love Ebco Super Store, whose all products are qualitative and food items i.e. Fresh mutton, chicken and sea foods are awesome in quality. Open food court, where everyone will love to eat snacks and drink tea and other beverages. Safe and healthy environment.
A good mall, not a lot of crowd so a good shopping experience.
Far from its glory days, its only saving grace is ebco and the few shops surrounding it
Excellent mall. Huge selection of shops. Parking can be problematic and can get crowded at times. Apart from that its got everything.
A great shopping mall at one time, now its just an average shopping mall, though it has plenty of known brands and quite a few unbranded kiosks that sell things from handicrafts to dry fruits. Some of the known brands youll find here include:EBCO SupermarketThe Body ShopMinisoEgoAmerican TouristNikeBank Al HabibThere is a food street that serves burgers, chaats, bun kababs, etc. Among the dining places theres Time Out a fancy food place and theres a coffee place as well, youll be able to find amazing bakery items from the EBCO bakery and for donuts youll be able to get Happy Donuts from the kiosk right next to the bakery.Theres a flower shop in EBCO apart from the usual supermarket items, so you can easily buy flowers from there.Theres a childrens play area as well, havent been inside so not sure if its still operationalYoull be able to find a few ATMs inside besides the Bank Al Habib branch.
Less crowded. Mainly ppl go there at ebco
Good cozy place to shop. But with new places coming in the major shops are moving to other malls
During the permitted schedule of 5 days, from Monday to Friday, I had visited Forum Shopping Mall with my family so we could get a bit of peace of mind after the long period of lockdown inside our home.We visited Forum Shopping Mall while taking the security measures for our safety and others, mask on face (our own) and hand wash with sanitizer served by security at Forum Shopping Mall entrance. Well, I cant wear mask while clicking pics.It was a great visit. We could tour the mall and clicks our memories. I could even dine in with my 2 friends while taking security measures. We dined in at Time Out cafe as you see in the attached pics. Only a small portion, window side, of Time Out was open for service. Rest was closed. Chairs upside down on tables. Well, Time Out management had served us well. I with my 2 friends had a delightful dine in there. After dine in for lunch, we toured the mall, i got my friend ice cream, shopping for Bakra Eid upcoming occasion and again clicked memories. Forum Shopping Mall staff also guided for stairs downway when my friend got nervous with escalator.Besides us, few other 2 3 people groups and couples were visiting Forum Shopping Mall with security measures. Hope my visit experience could benefit yours. Enjoy your visit.
EBCO supper store have very very Bed experience. Chicken with bone they Charge Rs 430 per Kg. Its take them to correct the charges One Hour. No body respon??? ¿??
Not as big as luckyone, dolmen city but one can find few but good high end brand outlets like, NIKE, Samsonite, Levis, Dockers in addition some local brands like Walkease,Bata, Hub, Edenrobe, Breakout MINISO etc. It has few carts from where you can purchase traditional jewelry and 1 or 2 shops have some very nice traditional decorative stuff for house. you can even find some good bakery and refreshment item in a mall, There is also a departmental store in a mall where you can get everything from Grocery items to medicines to house hold stuff.
Forum is in a true literal sense a shopping mall. That is all you can do here. Although there are various brands here and there inside it, it only has well known brands from the likes of Nike to Cambridge etc. It has a foodcourt outside the mall (yes, outside) but I never had the opportunity to test it out. It can be your weekly shopping spot for day to day items as it has an Ebco Mart inside it. If you are here just to hangout, prepare to be seriously disappointed IMHO there are a lot of other places better suited for the job such as atrium, dolmen, lucky one etc.
Cute little mall with Ebco or diamond shopping being the only attraction.
Not as big as the dolmen malls, if you are in clifton then this is the largest mall space available. MINISO and EBCO mart stand out here
Small and elegant mall. Known for jewellery
Almost everything of daily life items available in this shopping mall. EBCO superstore is outstanding but little expensive compare to other stores.
The Forum Shopping Mall has a super market named EBCO where you can find and shop for several different foreign items along with Pakistani items. This mall also has a LEGO toy shop where you can get amazing variety of LEGO and Engino building blocks toys.
Successfully maintained from last 20 years.
Good place for personal and household shopping.
Expensive Market... Valuable persons reaches
Ebco supermarket is the only useful shop left at this mall now.
Good place.mostly brand outlets r there.
All type of brands available here, had a good experience to visit there.

Good shopping place but very few brand outlets here
Neat & clean mall. I like.
A beautiful shopping place
A place to buy branded stuff with varieties.
Random mix of stuff. Decent if pricey supermarket but easier to get around than other malls.
Excellent for cosmatics and jewellery and dresses buying
A excellent shopping mall but have few shops that serve your purpose
Good mall and not too big
A good choice for shopping and snacks. Very open atmosphere and a good outdoor seating facility makes it even better. The mall itself has the same shops almost every mall has with the exception of a few outlets. The upper floors are offices like all malls so the crowd is mostly classy.
Best mall but lucky One mall is batter
I go there for two things 1. Handicraft shop they have the best semi precious stone rings in Karachi.. 2. the best coconut biscuits from the Afghan Baker shop..... Nothing beats them... Overall a nice mall..
One of my favorite places for shopping and munching in the city. A quiet cozy place to shop.
Eppco supermarket is the only outlet which is attracting me to come there
Best mall for ladies and kids dresses and offices
Cant find good place for shop but fine
Nice place, with lots of brands.. and the mostly I visited for EBCO
Amazing place guys all iteam available...
Gpod and big but just a little conjustied
Expenses but good enough though
Well organized and strict adherence to SOPs
It use to be a very nice mall of clifton but due to very high rate & old brands its popularity is falling down.
Footfall is dying is mall. Its often frequented more by people from nearby offices.
Nice place..
Great place for shopping under one roof.
Not a good place now...needs a lot of changes...
Plenty of competition among the the various shops which in turn Keeps the prices low.
Nice place with good shopping facilites
Its a single storey shopping mall which have limited number of brands such as satrangi by Bonanza, bodyshop, walkeaze, Cambridge, edenrobe Kidz and Kidz, miniso etc.It also have an adventure indoor dinosaur theme park and token rides area for kids.Timeout restaurant also located with open area/ terrace. Mirchilli and other local brands also located in food area.
The mall has a footfall of 4000+ customers per day, and with all the amenities that one can seek, The Forum continues to make its mark and reach new heights of recognition in the Mall Industry of Pakistan, setting trends as a benchmark for others to follow as an example.Apart from the mall, we have 7 floors reserved for offices occupied by blue chip companies and the biggest businesses of Pakistan. Our office residents have the luxury of a central location for their workspace, free parking and ease of access, separated from the mall entrance. Many corporations and firms choose The Forum as a location for their head offices and for the main headquarters of their companies. The Forum Shopping Mall prides in being one of Karachis leading shopping malls and high-end office buildings, having all the leading brands under one roof as well as several main corporate offices and firms.Tagged by customers as A Royal Experience For Shopping, the image of this mall in Karachi, Pakistan, is categorized largely as a Brand, foreseen as a label first and then as a fashion necessity for others to follow. With multiple foreign and local brands, an international standard restaurant and a luxurious supermarket, The Forum Mall is located in the heart of Clifton and is easily accessible from any part of the city.Timeout Restaurant/Dine in area here in the mall has changed and has been renovated. It looks awesome now and they have finished the self service procedures too. Its an alacarte now. Food here is very nice and is the service.Forum is a small but well kept mall. It has lost its glory like park towers after dolmen mall. But this mall can have its revival if the management can lure in the right brands and products, which find dolmen too expensive, but have their large or loyal customer base. I wish the glory comes back to this mall as well. The positive thing about here is that there are less window shopping people and more genuine buyers. There is all the potential to make it a success if deliberation with ingenuity is exercised.Good mall with pretty much all popular stores. Parking can be a hassle since the road outside gets choked with cars. Food court is v good. Great for a family hangoutGood Mall. Prices are lil high. Credit cards payment acceptbale. Most of the major brands available. Good customer services staff is helpful. It still has some nice brands. Plus, Time Out is a nice place to have tea. If you are looking for a peaceful mall to hangout at, forum is where you should beLimited collection of stores. Easy parking. Not very busy. If you know what you want, you have will find it..
Ideal shopping for ladies and brand conscious people

Mall is not spacious. Very few brands.
A good shopping mall for middle class
I love this place because its amongst those malls who been an icon of Karachi city. Like Park Towers n Dollmen mall.
Restaurant provide delicious meal in cheap rate
One of the oldest malls in karachi. Does not have a big turnover like the bigger malls now but still very good for the people living in that vicinity
Branded mall, very costly, Walkeez shop is good and provide items on discount and good veriety too.
Wonderful olace for imported dress
Too empty, and doesnt have that mall feel anymore.
Excellent shopping mall is very clean
Good place
I went to body shop to get something from Forum Mall, it seem a nice, peaceful and less crowded place when compared to Dolmen Mall Khi. However, some shops are really pricey especially a bakery and a coffee shop on corner.Food street outside Forum Mall which is opposite to the car park is a nice sitting and eating place when it comes to comfort and atmosphere of sitting in fresh air.Id rate it as better place for shopping if there is a variety added to types of shops.
It is most likely declining, because shops here have no customers and everything is old.
They have renovated their food street which now has some good options. The mall relatively quite during weekdays. The bakery inside called Patisserie has some awesome bakery items. You will simply love their pasteries and apple pie.
It seems it is our home because it is on by foot distance fromy my home, and I go there frequently.
The Forum is very clean and it has proper Security It has different shops .As you enter you will find everything under one roof. There are different shops of clothes shoes bags jewelry Decorations it also has a supermarket where you can get everything fruit vegetables meat electronics medicine .The best thing I liked was the Prayer Room for Ladies and Gents. As you go up there is a Restaurant and Play Area for Children.
Its good for shopping
A medium size mall. A couple of brands are available. Good for quick shopping

Very nice and clean shopping mall in Clifton. There are almost all kind of shops. Perfect for families.
Very clean and it has proper Security. Extra ordinary good atmosphere. All brands are available.
Good place to shop but too high
Too much rush and no parking is available very difficult to shop here
Small mall lacking some brands little bit expansive , Finland for children is very expansive , food here is fresh but expansive waiters are so slow here
This reallly cool place of Linen clothes
Parking needs attention
Timeout Restaurant/Dine in area here in the mall has changed and has been renovated. It looks awesome now and they have finished the self service procedures too. Its an alacarte now. Food here is very nice and is the service.
