The staff is very supportive and give good attention but overall not impressed after I drove the car and in few days it started to give sound. Suzuki should raise their standards of products

I am calling in full day light on 07/08/2020 at 2:30 pm, friday, on all the helpline numbers given on pak suzuki website and no one is picking a single phone call. Is there anyone in Pak Suzuki to check on quality control or Suzuki just flying in the air because of their high sales?

Service is comparatively not as good as other suzuki franchises in karachi

I had experience with Toyota defense which is few steps ahead but Suzuki Defense Motors staff are very far behind in the service and behavior. This is a request to Suzuki Pakistan either ask the owner to train the staff in communication and customer dealing or close the showroom or cancel the franchise.I prefer to go other official dealer instead of this dealer. Worst worst experience many times

Although it was a very short visit but the impression made was not appreciable. The way they dealt with the customer establish no reason to revisit the place. Once read a Chinese saying the conclusion of which is if you dont know how to smile, better not open a shop

My car key drop inside the car & car was locked. And adviser was irresponsible. Car central locking was broken. So my advised is change the manager & adviser who one is responsible & interested in job.

Too much of a turnover of staff , workers come and go . Not recommended at all even though I have been going there for 7 years . Its close by and convenient which is why I have no choice.....

Extremely pathetic customer care. The so called advisors wont give a damn to the problem that your car has instead theyll recommend a solution of their own. As soon as you enter, the advisors want to rip you off. Thank God I got myself out of the situation. Not recommended at all. Either for repair work or buying a new car from them. STAY AWAY!

This showroom is located on korangi road opposite to defence mor. Due to location, it covers defence and korangi part. It had ample space inside. It can park many cars but they allow only their customers. Their services are good and convenient.I usually get my car checked there. I just handover my car to them and receive it in their given time. Though they charge their services expensive compared to open market but i prefer it as reliable.Among their services, they offer car wash, both extreme and interior.

All sorts Suzuki vehicles are not only sold but serviced and repaired here.Mr. Trevor (Service Manager) is extra helpful and patient with people who have queries regarding their cars, and shows them around so their concerns are properly addressed and they leave satisfied.

Worst after sales services in the history of the entire universe. This business has to be owned by Satan. The seating area for non-customers is posh and cool. The seating area for customers (those who have made a purchase and have returned for after sales service) is abysmal. The after sales staff are incredibly rude and poorly trained. The mechanics have no sense of whether and when the work will be completed. I sent my car to get a dent fixed. 12 working days later they tell me that of the two tapes required to fix the issue, only one has been placed. The whole branch should be fired. Where is Suzukis supposed customer care? I didnt see a shred of concern. The staff called me in the morning and said youre car is ready, come pick it at 5:30. I get there 15 minutes in advance and they make me wait TWO HOURS and then tell me to pay before inspecting the vehicle. Upon inspecting the vehicle it turns out the polish isnt clean or smooth. Charging a customer for incomplete work is THEFT. Wasting TWO HOURS of the customers life is also THEFT. Ill see to it that the tables are turned.

Bad service overall, other than the fact that they usually have car parts available. Their mechanics and service personnel are horribly incompetent. Service jobs (for cleaning) are done with the cheapest quality products and for any mechanical or electrical work (even routine maintenance) expect anywhere from half a day to a few days to get your car back. Its awful.

People with highly unprofessional attitude with highly unsatisfactory work and service. one thing is for sure that they are definitely not familiar with the word commitment. In other words i would say once there is issue in your car there is nothing they can do because they dont know how to do it. better take it to local mechanic who at least knows how to repair a vehicle

Dont use proper tools. Charge too much but service is poor. They even damaged my dashboard while fixing a defogger switch. Overall Suzuki is a pathetic company and makes substandard products.

Not so efficient

Biggest fraud I have ever encountered. They sold me a suzuki certified car saying it was completely original and I made the biggest mistake by trusting them. Turned out one side of the car was completely re-painted and had touch ups on atleast 5 places. They even replaced the tyres with second hand chinese tyres. Please dont EVER buy anything from them. Nothing. There is no customer waiting area for those who have to wait a few hours while their car is being serviced. .. . Can you believe it? Nobody gives a damn... no WiFi. ... no tea coffee ... no television. ... what are they indifferent?They should get HSF Designs to design the customer ambience for them.

Unorganized,no time commitment by staff.Let me share my experience I went for simple work change engine oil & filter the took two hours. Very POOR quality of customers service!

Possibly the worst service out there to be provided by any vehicle dealer. They never pick up phones, have tried calling several numbers - they do not even have an internal call transfer facility and all you get is yahan call karein wahan call karein. Feels like you are calling a government organization. Absolutely RUBBISH.
