Amazing place, great experience. I read few reviews and was scared but Alhumdulilah everything was smooth and everyone was very helpful was their with my wife and newborn child.

IOM is the franchise medical center of UK. There is TB test facility for applying UK immigrants.

Very bad customer service & highly unprofessional attitude. Their phones dont work & they dont reply to emails.

Its realy good but too expensive for petty medic exams. Staff is courteous and queue system is digital!Also, they dont allow mobile phones instead they give you lockers to keep your phones secure.

Tried to call them and emailed on their addresses but no response.

Very friendly, polite and attentive environment.Experience with IOM was excellent.

The place is not clean at all, especially the childrens areas - I had to clean the table myself because it was so dirty with dust, crumbs of food and what not.Secondly one of childrens corner is right next to the TV that they play so loud. The World Health Organization recommend to avoid tv and screens for children and yet less than a meter away from the kids play area is a tv...The overall experience is exhausting as it takes in average 4 hours to complete the process.

Ok but could be better

Being an international services provided the standards are not accordingly, unnecessary security instructions, poor administration specially inside while having lab test and examination (but Doctors are co-operative), data collection and processing are too slow, Fees are too high for examination in consideration with services and standards.In last ...the worst is....IOM Karachi DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT NUMBER, The available contact number/s are inactive or do not respond absolutely.Need alot to overcome issues.

Your clinic is situated in Karachi & the phone number is from Islamabad.Though I have got two different phone numbers of Karachi via my DNA Lab London, but none of your numbers are connecting.Please display your correct & active phone numbers at your website as well as provide to your customers.Thanks

Utter garbage. Its a complete rip off and the service there is horrible. Takes 6 hours just to do a medical asessment and very understaffed. Pathetic.

Considering the amount of money charged they have Absolutely inefficient staff and management.. Unhygienic and worn down condition of the facility.All countries subcontracting them should reconsider giving this contract to some one else..

Staff is very friendly and professional. Parking may be an issue. They accept only cash. Lighting seems low, must be illuminated properly.

They charged PKR 12,800 for Medical for Canada. The medical takes around 4 hours and I came as attendant and standing on the roadside for 4 hours....had it been any other hospital like Aga Khan or Liaquat...at least I would have been waiting in reasonable place.. .no matter for 10 hours. Wonders how these embassies and consulates choose medical facilities...had it been in Canada or UK, they would have cared even for disable access before selecting hospital. When these so called first world countries operate in third world countries they became like those....double standards

Only place for medical examination recommended by Immigration office we have no other choice

If you want to go UK or USA Canada you must clear your Tubular Culosis Test. Which takeb by this Medical Facility. Only applicant can go inside other visitors have no permission to go inside weird policy. Imagine that test takers coming from all Karachi But Medical Assesment Place is too small and situated on very narrow street. God Bless Pakistan

Considering the amount that they charge, the facility is extremely poor. Dirty unclean place specially if you are bringing a 2 month old child. Very unhygienic. Staff is unprofessional and rude, the guards outside could do with some training. The data entry guy was painfully slow and turned my wife into a male which we found during the collection process.

Called couple of time to office but never contacted once. Its always busy.

They should at least have some place for attendants to sit rather than them waiting outside for 3-4 hours which is the avg time it takes for the medical.

Quality service, well-mannered personnel, mature and sophisticated process.
