Saturday is not open, token can be availed till 2 p.m. afterwards only people with token will be entertained no token issuance, you can get challan filled and submitted from the agents outside they only charge you 100 ruppes as their fees, they also have photocopy machines for which they charge 5 ruppes, after chalan submission go inside stand in token line, at your turn you will be called inside first they will check your chalan and original cnic, if first time making passport than matric and inter certificate plus parents cnic copies also required, than they will capture your pic, at second booth a person will handover you your personal information paper, afterwards you will be directed in another room where a person will verify your details ask some questions related to job, education etc and stamped your paper, now wait for your token number to be called for assistant director office, he will take the paper and ask questions like why you need passport etc and process is done.

We had and to visit for pass port renwal.firstly attitude of staff was not fr .it endly, rude. Secondly they have asked husband pp copy for renewal of wife pp.i reviewed requirement on web site.no such requirement found.while coming out.my wife twisted her ankle on broken floor nd fell down, had knee injury as well.poor facility maintenance observed.

Timing of passport office is from 9 am to 2 pm, better to go early at 8.30 am and submit the fees day before, it took only 20 mins for me

I have been here for more than 2 hours and it seems like i will have to wait 2 more hours in queue. Even the turtle is faster. The agent asked me 2000 Rs for getting passport without standing any queue. If you are coming here arrive at 8.30 am so you can get free early or if you are paying the voucher same day, make any of your friend stand in passport token queue and then go to bank, in that way you can save a bunch of time.

Reached at 1030 am and all the process were completed till 0330 pm. There were only two fans functional out of four, no proper ventilation and it seems like you are going to get die because of suffocation. One plus point people should nor worry to pay fee a national bank or else where, as there is facility of paying it via jazz cash at office premises.I advise to reached it there as early as 0830 so you dont have to wait for long queue.

Today I visited the office for my passport renewal and experience was very unpleasant. As per the timing it suppose to start at 830am but they started the counters at 0905am. Staff is too slow and there were only 70 applications were entertained in 2.5 hours, way too slow. Good luck to those who have no other option but to visit this office for their passports.

Regional passport office for malir district. The infrastructure of building requires attention and improvements. Public dealing is carried out well but staff is low as compared to applicants. Waiting areas are not satisfactory. Although the work is being upgraded gradually. Staff is educated and trained.

Well, reach there by 8 15 max and chances are that your process will be completed by 11:00am provided that you had deposited fee a day earlier in nbp branch (passport branch saddar or malir 15 branch)..staff is not corporative and generally there is long queue. process1. nbp challan2. get in queue and they will issue token after taking pic and thump3. wait for you token and on display of token go and get your data entry (take copy of your nic father/mother/husband) passport copy of any father/mother/husband...degree copy.4. then again director will be calling token no. at separate room5. interview and you are free to go.6. collect passport from saddar office.

Information on the passport office website is out of date and not very much helpful eg. The online passport renewal option is available to overseas Pakistanis only but this fact not mentioned anywhere on the website or the renewal forms.Zonal/Regional office information is also wrong, I had to travel to the Saddar office but was redirected back to the Malir office. However, the renewed passport can only be collected from Saddar....doesnt make any sense to me.At Malir office I found the staff was working diligently and my renewal request was submitted within an hour. But at last stage they asked me to get the printed request attested by a 17+ grade officer before my request could be sent for processing....again no where on the website this info can be found.

Please confirm updated fee for normal and urgent passport renewal. Nobody is responding their contact numbers, not even 0800 number, thanks

Pathetic service, you have to stand in queues for upto 3 hours straight. Only two counters are available for data entry, expect negligible airconditioning, youll prespire a lot. Go to saddar passport office.

Ample space available to make improvements in the building and infrastructure, particularly at the points where people come & wait for the process to get passport. Waiting areas below standard & people in waiting were squeezed in small rooms. Uneasy chairs. No proper arrangement for car parking.

Average service! Passport process should be more easy and fast! No proper guidelines for the first timer. You can submit the documents here but cant collect the passport here. For passport collection you have to go Passport office Saddar. Which is quite hassle for most of the public.

Peoples were being sufferred when they come into saddar office from malir district, now peoples are happy for this Kind act of Government of Pakistan, we hope more stations will be open soon..

Very Good and Attractive Service

Unprofessional attitude. They must know they are running public institutions and have to serve public and thats why they are paid. System usually offline people come from large distance and suffer when they come to know that they are not going to entertain any one. In such situations they should direct public to their other branches so that people should not suffer and other branches must have some ethics especially awami markaz. They literally showed awkward behaviour and said HUM KYA KARAIN JA KAR MALIR HI MAIN BANWAIN YAHAN PAY BHI SYSTEM DOWN HAI that guy literally was lying and I saw people were inside the office and token were being issued. Now I salute my public that why they hate public institutions even our young generation abstain to get enroll in such situation for pursuing their career.

Very bad experience. No seating arrangement. No washroom for people. Senior citizens kids woman stand there for 3-4 hours .

Pathetic service like literally 60 70 plus people are made to stand for hoursThe photocopy and other services around and are very underdevelopedThis is a government place and they charge you taxes which we very well pay on almost every single thing we consume so the least they can do is improve public places like these
