Is there any ibcc official I can speak with? I have done BTEC Level 3 Diploma from UK, is it possible for me to get a HSC equivalence for It? If yes then can I please know the process?Thanks in advance

New office lacks multiple windows. There are only 2 window s one for males and one for female each. Through same window one has to get form, bank challan and from the same window one has to submit documents and from the same window one has to receive the Equivalence certificate later. They just have a staff of 6 and IBCC just shares a little space in office building of Sindh board of Technical Education. The timings are from 9am to 1 pm and till 12pm on Fridays. I recommend everyone to visit office as early as possible and BEFORE filling bank challan must inquire from IBCC office the number of days they will take to process the certificate both in URGENT and in ORDINARY cases. Below are the pictures of form one has to fill other than bank challan form. NOTE: Cross the main road via pedestrian bridge right infront of the IBCC office and then walk towards left on service road until you see HBL bank where the bank challan has to be submitted. NOTE: There is no fees for IBCC Equivalence form and bank challan.

I wanted my relatives diploma (GED) for equivalence. I tried consultants and agents but all were confused or commercial. I went directly to the regional center and meet the deputy director. Trust me they are very cooperative and helpful. Dont trust people around and experience yourself. Thank you IBCC regional campus for your help and support.

I have sent my daughters A levels original documents as well as O levels for A levels equivalency on 28th October 2020 through TCS . We got a confirmation of delivery sms from TCS on Saturday 31st October. Kindly tell when will you send the equivalence certificate back. We are quite worried because of the original certificates. Earlier we had gotten the o levels equivalency done by going physically to the Gulshan office which was much easier. Now with TCS we have no clue what is going on. Kindly respond. Thanks

Sir I posted my documents on 1st october 2020 via TCS. I received the message from them that my documents have reached IBCC on 2nd october 2020. I m writing this review on the 16th Oct 2020. I still have not received my documents and equivalence back. I called the official number and emailed on the given email address. Yet, I didnt get any reply. Sir its about my precious documents. Please let me know whether they are in safe custody and when will I get them?

They dont attend your call, i have been calling for assistance regarding equivalence that how many days would it take for urgent and ordinary so i can apply accordingly. But they dont attend calls they keep it busy or ringing. I m not from karachi and will send via courier

When will i get my equavilence certificate and original documents back? Its been more than 20 working days. Please show some professionalism and at least answer phone calls. There is no reply from their side yet!!!

I have already applied for my 10th grade equivalencyBut now I am going to apply for 12th equivalency so do I need to attach any documents of 10th gradeAs I dont have any because those 10th grade certificates are all with ibcc(under processing)I just want to ask can I apply for 12th equivalency without 10th certificates.

No sitting area available , all people standing on hot weather without covered area . For challan submitting no attached bank branch available you must go to national bank Near Dhaka sweet. For photostate you cross the bridge and find the photostate shop , in short all places are too away with each other

If your documentation is complete you wont actually find any hurdles from them. I got my documents attested without any hassel...

Staff is very cooperative. They are short of human and technical resources like other government departments but IBCCs management is doing great. Hats off to you guys.

1- if you go from NIPA to Karachi university its on left hand side of university road and within premises of sindh technical board, and couple of minutes drive from NIPA2- when you reach sindh technical board u will see 4 to 5 windows counters with IBCC posters opening on the outer wall of sindh board.3- go and stay in line, upon ur turn inform ur requirement and clerk will let u know the process u should follow, in case of WES attestationhe will check if you got your matric and inter documents are in sealed envople or not, he will open it and verify documents verification seals then he will give you one form to fill up and bank challan, if the challan is for habib bank, then u have to go across the road ( at right hand side of university road, you need to walk over the bridge and keep walking towards univeristy road for 8 to 10 minutes then u will see habib bank , pay bank fees come back and submit documents to clerk he will be give u 2 to 3 days dates for collection. all this process may take 30 to 90 minutes.Oops- i missed - IF U WANT attested copy in Sealed envelope they WILL ASK BRIBE OF 200 PKR

I wanTed to give 3 stars but bcoz of inactive phone number even of Islamabad ibcc n bcoz I got copies in sealed envalope then send to wes then wes said documents r not properly verified. I dont know what they did even I checked copies after attesttestation they were ok but then ibcc official took documents inside to put in envelope....

There should be 4 counters two for ladies and two for males. And there should be 2 females in the female counter.

How much days its takes by ibcc to attested my documents
