The shop is beautifully made and it has got almost everything you could ask for. I would give it 5 stars but the staff was not friendly and helpful. Please train your staff to give the best experience to the customer. You may have the best things in town, but if the human interaction is poor, I will definitely take my business elsewhere.Good manners, friendliness, helping your customer: this is not just good customer service, it is also basic Islamic etiquette.

Love the place, huge variety to choose from. Deducting a star coz of staff. They were not friendly & helpful, I had to use Google search about some products.

They have good products and I feel they are reasonably priced but unfortunately they dont have a large variety. The store keepers were pleasant.

I had 4 stray kittens with there mother dead . I thought that I would lose the 4 babies since I couldnt find kmr or kitten bottle . The staff helped me by themselves and rider also . I really recommend this store

Place for the pets accessory. The location marked on google map is not correct, the shop is little more further down the lane. Be sure to call the number given to reach the right destination. Make sure you remain on main badar commercial street irrespective what google map says to turn left or right on it. Keep looking for yellow board with name Paws & Claws printed in dark blue o your left or right depending from which direction you are entering on Badar Commercial street.

The only and best shop for the celine and paws shops. Got the flea collar, powder and deworming tab. The shop sales person though was not that keen into responding to queries and was busy chit chatting with a friend and on calls. They have every thing needed usually but you have go and be aggressive there.
