Dont invest on their projects you will loose your money. i book house in Noman Dream Villas ten years ago. at the time of booking they insured me house will be ready in three years. now more than ten years passed still incomplete. i was living out side pakistan. whenever i call them about progress of my house they said work id going on. send my friend personally to look at the development. he go there and find only empty land. they are fraud peoples when i ask for my refund they made huge deductions now more than ten years passed and my dream of coming back to pakistan shattered

In other words a proper SOP could be developed by Director / Directors or by owners to avoid confusions during payment of instalments. Commitments fulfilled by any client should always be honoured by the Management through written recognition and in response Builder may take extraordinary steps to fulfill their own commitment of handing over Possession.

Norman builders have shifted their office to this location now previously unused to visit them in gulshane Iqbal.
