My plot in North Town Residency phase 1. GFS builders committed that we are offering construction permissions within 50% payment but actually they are not allowing at 75% payment also.

GFS builders are realible people. Went there for some property issue. Everything went well.

Very disappointed. I booked my flat in lubaba residencey karachi in 2008. Still not yet finished the construction. They are not ommitted at all.
