Sunrise apartments have a great ambiance, from every side a great view of sea and port. The cool air that blows 24/7 and 365 is a blessing. Since its the probably second last building towards port or oil terminals thats why its peaceful. There is no sound pollution of Karachis traffic.

I have lived for a fairly long time and have a few precautionary steps for all of you who might want to stay here.1. There are frequent water issues around here.2. Dont go under the walking areas with bird poop on them unless you want bird poop on yourself.3. I would walk rather than use the elevators as there have been some instances where the elevator door opening but no elevator being there.4. One thing good is that there is a restaurant 3 minutes driving distance.

Very Old Type Place . Rated 2 stars Just because If Anyone Wants To Live In Peace . But Problems are There is No Market No Superstores and You Have To Buy It From Elsewhere . No Emergency Shops for Example If You Want Meds From Pharmacy It is Not Even nearby .
