Pathetic customer support. We ordered a PC, did payment in advance. They sent half components and said that they dont have more parts. They were delaying everything. At last, after 4 months they said to refund for the components they didnt send. Now, no response again. Close your business.

Xtreme hardware is one among the top-tier computer shops within the market available at the present time and even though after hearing few bad review regarding their delayed reply and customer service I choose them because I trust their expertise and genuineness in matter of product.I contacted them. However, it took them a while to respond but I never lost my patience and didnt went Kratos with keyboard as my axe. At last after a week, they did respond.I visited the shop to purchase a PC from Xtreme hardware and few days after the purchase I had a problem with HDD but I couldnt claim the warranty as shops were closed (thanks to lock down) I was getting worried as warranty days were passing as soon as shops were re-opened I went to the shop.The shopkeeper was friendly, well equipped with knowledge and was down to guide me throughout the purchase and also shared the reason behind the back lash they have received due to limited time and staff to cater every comment and messages.To be honest little lags has prone to happen and it is not possible to reply each and every query or complain promptly especially during lock down which cause demand for such product to take a hike and social media flooded with queries. I think we should give other a fair chance to prove themselves and my overall experience was above satisfactoryI would advise them to employ a social media manager with an objective that they can truly address inquiries on time at any cost during pandemic and corona virus circumstance.Anyway I am mindful that replacing HDD is no biggie which is in warranty and my prime focus is their attitude which people protesting about the most.

They have very bad customer support, reply very late and always changing their words, never staying true to their statements and straight up lying about products. very disappointing.

Customer service is abysmal. Theres always a never ending queue. They have acquired a good reputation over the years, however, they let it get to their heads. Sometimes they talk with respect and sometimes they throw sarcasm. Not a good way to treat customers.
