I am an old and loyal customer of C-zone since 2010. I have purchased new laptop with a warranty of one month which was expired last month. Due to some problem in my laptop i have asked them to fix my laptop and they simply denied for not repairing.I have another laptop repaired from them 04 months ago and then my laptop is working fine, it means that they wererepairing the laptop in the past but denied currently to repair my laptop. I am feeling sad !!!

My recent experience with czone was worst. The representative sitting there doesnt have any manner to deal with their customer, nor do they have any knowledge regarding products. When you visit them they act like they dont care about your pressence. Nor do they are interested to answer any of your question . Anyways, I bought headphone from here which was one of the quite expensive one. After i got home and checked it, i got to know that the mic wasnt working fine in it. Then, I visited them the very next day and ask to check the mic of the headphone, i bought from them, to which they ridicoulousy checked and said yeh aisa he chalta ha. I asked them to replace this or give me an upgraded version of it, to which they denied very rudely. I guess their stomach our quite filled up with corporate clients thats why they dont care anymore about their indivudual clients. I wont recommend anyone to buy products from here. Pathetic service ! Ridicolous behaviour!

Scammers. Gave my hp omen laptop for services and fan issue they took 5k for charges after one week of use the fan issue came back, afterwards I opened the laptop by myself and it was dirty as it was before giving it to them they didnt even cleaned the fans that they were paid for. Took my laptop to some other place they told the fan is faulty and have to change it. They took 5k to actually do nothing.

They are selling smuggled product bought laptop brand new last year dell inspiron just after one month battery problem wifi... all kind of problem i search laptop history so i am shock to seen that operating system was changed from linux to windows by czone very bad experience .

Computer Zone is probably the best and most authentic place to buy a product. Though this credibility and authenticity has only led to arrogance. My experience was good but the staff made no attempts to solve my queries or maybe even help pick the product.One of the greatest features is to pick a product from the website and simply ask for it. Its updated and thats quite a feat in Pakistan. Kudos on that as it saves both time and disappointment when the product isnt available.Nonetheless, Ill still choose them over other brands as theyre quite trusted by the community.Good place!

Worst customer experience I have had for a long while. I ordered for a laptop through their website, and after order confirmation, I called them to confirm the device specifications and payment method, but they didnt answer and were unavailable. I then visited their shop to make the purchase, to which they said, they would charge extra because the online payment service is not for local people. I had placed my order for a Ryzen processor along with a casing and a HDD. Two days later i called them to get an update regarding my order, they told me that you will get a confirmation call tomorrow. Next day i got a call and they said they will get it delivered tomorrow. I waited for two days then i got a call from them they said we only have the processor in stock and told me to get another casing instead of the one that i had ordered...i said ill think about it and let you know. Then i called them for two days straight but no one answered my calls and then i got an email that my order was cancelled.Extremely irresponsible and pathetic people...

Products are listed on website and they dont have proper knowledge to guide customersthey just arrogsntly says “check our website and select by your own”. But they definetely have to do something about the custimer services for walkin customers.

The prices arent the cheapest but they offer good service and 100% original products. They also have no complimentary installation on a product worth thousands of bucks. I got a M.2 disk added in my laptop and the guy didnt reassemble my laptop correctly, the keyboard is bended so I need to fix that myself. Otherwise, one stop solution.
