This is a good place but not enjoying.Its a an administrative office for public service.

Kept calling the given number but no one answered. Then once the ring stopped and I tried again, the number was busy.After a while I dialed again and the person on the other side must have picked up the phone to dial someone at the same time, and accidentally picked up my call. At realizing that the call is not who he dialed, instead of answering me, he stayed quite and then hung up. Come on man, be professional. No one is here to waste his time

Staff is not co operative,they provide no facilities to the people living in the society and they charge maintanance amount from every house so its not a surprise that they are having lush green lawn and a fountain they are spending the maintenance amount on themselves and not on the society to make it better.There are parks in maymar but they are not maintained there are no swings in the park and if there are no swings in the park so whats the point of the parks.Then secondly the main problem is water they are not even suppling water to the houses,in every sector after 3 or 4 days the water is supplied but then some people are having section pumps and many houses cant get water.The should provide water to every house in maymar because water is the basic need of life and if they cant even provide water to the houses then why are they charging maintenance charges.Very poor service!!

I was gone for paying bell therr was only one person with very poor computer for accepting data and everyone disturbing him i was stand almost one hour for paying bell there was only 10 people

Maymar Society Office responsible for conservancy bills, security and maintenance.

They Need to do some community work... instead of only collecting maintenance fees regularly. Roads are deteriorating in the entrance of the both gates . Gate 1 and 2. The outer side entrance from the Z A sector is pathetic . Why dont they construct and do some real work .

I pray no one should have a visit to this devil place. A super worst Maymar housing society office.No complain resolves whether its related to robbery, security, maintenance, water, sewerage, electricity. All they have is just a dumb man Mr.Snobber and Engr.Akhter a retired person retired with mind , services , senses. Moreover Mr.Snobber has a fake caller app he use to settle down the complainers as he is really doing some resolution. I have already caught him red handed doing that so. All are TERMITE

Have been living in maymar for more than 15years and what I have seen is only downfall of maymar administration. You will get an ambiance of 16th century there, like those sluggish good for nothing Mughals. If you have any complaint to get resolved you probably should wait a month to get them lazy people move.

We have been living in Gulshan-e-Maymar since 2004, the reason we chose Maymar was due to its fantastic security and maintenance.Unfortunately in past few years, Maymars maintenance has been depreciating and now we are at a point where every road is broken, street lights are not working, garbage is not picked up unless we give extra money which the garbage pickup guys are asking for, the street cleaning crew, begging door to door claiming Maymar doesnt pay them for months at the time, to top it all off, now the sewerage is flowing at the entrance and gate of Maymar and has been since Eid.The maintenance is going up, we are receiving extra bills indicating there were some past due which no one at the town hall can explain and tell us, just pay and we do!!!!!Robberies have become very constant and since Maymar security doesnt bother, people have started claiming that the security staff are the ones who are robbing people and there is no evidence to prove them otherwise.People are using suction pumps, due to which half of Maymar doesnt receive water on regular bases.Maymar really was a way of life, I use to be proud of the sticker in my car, now it really makes me sad. I never thought of moving out of Maymar, couldnt even bring myself to think, although its far from my office and always been (I work on Shah rah-e-Faisal) but i didnt mind the drive, lately we are getting sick and tired of the unorganized Maymar and find the rest of the city more appealing than living at the outskirts of Karachi with, 6 to 8 hours of load shedding, broken roads flooded with sewerage water, empty plastic bags flying everywhere, broken speed beakers, lack of security which make you really unsafe if you rely on the Karachi police for help who never arrive on time and if they do, they blame you for being robbed and to top it all off paying a large amount for maintenance.I am sure the Maymar management care about the place and dont want to leave it for the dogs, so they should take care of small, yet disturbing hurdles which residence of Maymar face everyday.
