The course tutors and lecturers are always happy to help and respond quickly to correspondence. The facilities and course material are second to none, readily available and easily accessible. The campus is in a really nice location with good links to the city. Even as an off-site student i still feel a really integral part of the university and am enjoying every minute of my studies. I visited Ilma University, staff was so cooperative and entrance is amazing. It looks like a best university. Lecturers are well prepared and so manageable staff. Faculty is highly educated. Ilma is neither a University nor does it function as such.It lacks everything that a University needs, from management to staff to infrastructure to course outline, you name it, it is nonexistent in this place.Fee submission system is abysmal, with almost every student having issues in their accounts and ending up paying ridiculous amount of dues.Students are treated worse than beggars, their classes get canceled on a regular basis without prior notice. They are required to pay extra charges each semester if they want results in hard copy which takes a lot of time rendering it useless in case of an emergency.Marks are given randomly rather than checking papers, many a student gets full marks even if they never wrote a single word in their paper and many a student gets failed even if they completed the entire paper.All in all, Ilma is merely a money generating scam for its owners, avoid this place at all costs.
